the workers are nice but the owner or manager have no idea what they doing . wasted my time for two hours . i never had a problem at other stores picking up equipment. this store refuses to give equipment even when two diffrent people customer service told them its ok to give it to me. i also watched them refuse exchanges to other customer for fios equipment. i just went to other store down the road was in and out in 5 min with equipment . again owner manager dont know what they doimg . or maybe they just dont want to deal with fios aspect. thats impression i got

These guys are awful. Smoke e-cigarettes while on the job, sing obnoxious songs out loud, and on top of that try to rip you off by not telling you about all the fees youre liable for. Only found out that theres a "line access fee" added to the advertised monthly plan fee after I asked 3 times how much money Id be paying each month. And then I get a bill that also says I have to pay an activation fee that no one ever told me about. Avoid this place, these people have no integrity or professionalism whatsoever.

This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the store to pick up a new Verizon Fios cable box, which should have been a simple process, but Verizon Fios messed up my order. The employees at this store where extremely patient in trying to help me work out the issues. They even got on the phone with the Verizon call center to try and have the issue fixed immediately. I am so pleased with their service and thank them all for being so helpful and patient.

I went into the store last week and everything seemed very clean. There were a few customers being helped but Al Turrisi was not busy and came right up and greeted me when I walked in. All I needed was a car charger at the time but Al was still very helpful. We talked about wireless hotspots and I plan on returning to upgrade my current one. Will definitely visit this store again and would reccomend anyone else to do the same!

Went to the store in Carl Place with an inoperable phone and not much hope for a resolution. A representative Dan came over and helped me through the entire process and made it painless. Not only did I get a new phone and the current promotion but was able to port over all the information to my new phone. Dan was helpful every step of the way and I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs.

I got to meet the new store manager Al who assisted me with all my needs and went above and beyond. I will be back for my upgrades in the future.

She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions on the service and on the phones I was looking at. Ive already recommended the store to another friend. The manager Al was very knowledgeable ND accommodating. I went in with a cracked screen on my old phone and he was patient enough to walk me through all of my options before I decided to upgrade to the Moto Z Force. I will be back again in the future.
