I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years and was excited to walk in and buy a galaxy gear s2. As I walked in I noticed no one in the store and all the employees in the corner having a good time. As I walked in, the tall guy looked me straight in the eyes and answered his telephone, "Hello honey," as the other employees turned their backs to me. I turned around and walked out furious and really disappointed because T-Mobile is so awesome. It just did not make sense. Thank God I dont live near the Stamford mall, Im in brooklyn and have my other reliable nyc store to buy from. However, sane yourself the trip to this store, u still leave angry. Hope you guys do something about this, its rare to write a review but I felt I had to.

Complete lack of professionalism and customer service experience. Ive had issues porting my girlfriends cell from Verizon to Tmobile and was repeatedly told to "dail 611 they will help you." Having worked in the Apple store in the same location. I can honestly say this store has an issue with template troubleshooting and ability to engage its customers. I am capable "dailing 611" however no in-store alternative was offered Additionally, Ive had numerous issues with reports of "non-payment" disputes after visiting this store. When contacting ERS collections no accounts could be found to determine if the accusations made in the Stamford location were be true or not. TL:DR horrid store: mediocre customer experience

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon to try and save some money on my bill - dealt with a man claiming to be the manager, Joel. Was supposed to be put on a Jump! On Demand plan and instead he falsified documents the next day (when I was not in the store) to enter me into a finance agreement instead (so that he would get a commission). Also added a 4-pack of Tiles onto my account which I did not ask for or receive but am being charged for monthly. He forged my signature on the finance agreement for my phone and you bet your ass I will be contacting corporate and a lawyer.

I was nervous to come here after reading some reviews, but as T-Mobiles online support wasnt helpful, we decided to try resolving a somewhat personal matter at the store. Frankee was very understanding, helpful and very knowledgeable about our options and saved us a lot of stress. I will definitely come back here again because of her outstanding and efficient service.

Some employees are awesome but there is one person that is just horrible, he doesnt know how to treat costumers well. Someone needs to solve this problem before everyone decide to leave like I did, loving Verizon. Im sure the manager knows who I am talking about. BAD costumer service!!

If there was a zero star, I would given this store! Unprofessional! All employees customer service, they treat customers as though they dont deserve their service. Better step up your game people. Im happy a new store just opened closers tomorrow on West main street.

I would rather give a zero if there is a possibility. Very unprofessional associates at the store and doesnt even care about the customers standing in the line and just having their Funtime during work hours with friends.
