They took my old phone and never credited me for it. They can only help via in person. Call T-mobile directly they are much more helpful. The manager of this store always seems to have stepped out or is not in. I thought all stores have if not a GM a Shift manager. The associates also seem to have a bad atitude when you ask for a manager, so you can speak to someone higher up then the associates.
