Ram, the Verizon Wireless / Consultant Customer Service Representative, was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and professional for assisting my daughter and I with the purchase of our new Iphone 7. My daughters previous phone ended up with the "White Apple Error Screen". Ram assisted us with attempting the restore and when we found it was a hardware issue vs software, he guided us through the purchase and setup process so my daughter is all set with her new phone to be reachable at School / School activities staying beyond store hours to finish the setup. Ram was more helpful than the Genius Bar representatives at the apple store, who indicated they could not assist us since they were backed up with other customers. If you need assistance with an existing phone or purchase of a new phone, recommend going directly to the Verizion store at the Rosevelt Field Mall. Thank you Ram! :)

I walked into this store feeling completely frustrated and fed up with sprint. I was always afraid of Verizons higher rates but at this point I didnt care. A young man by the name of Ram, took excellent care of my wife and I. With his help and expertise we were able to leave sprint immediately and get an unlimited family plan that turned it to be actually cheaper. The service of Verizon and their employees(Ram) is undoubtedly impeccable. I was very pleased and would recommend this representative and location to anyone.

This is the store that you want to come to. We were not rushed I was assisted along with my husband with a young man named Ram. A great experience today at Verizon gentleman named Ram who when I walked in on Fourth of July no less help me get this problem fixed. I had two problems with the phone he worked on two problems for me these problems other Verizon stores couldnt take care of a fix my Gmail so happy and he fixed my account with Dunkin Donuts which is not working for years Im so impressed he took the time and he actually took the time it was a gentleman doing it and I cant say enough about them thank you

I am very excited about the service I received from Francis at the store, he was very professional and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He took the time to explain everything that was to know about the cell I purchased and did not try to force me to purchase more then what I needed for my cell phone use. Thanks Francis !! Sheldon Frazier was knowledgeable and patient with everything I asked him. He did not rush me and put in a lot of extra time to help me understand and use my phone. Ram was welcoming upon entering the store. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions based on my needs. He did not try to sell me a phone or plan that I did not need!!! He was extremely patient and understanding. The total process was not as difficult as I had anticipated. He is a wonderful Verizon representative.

Ram was very helpful with trading in my iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7 plus. My concern was transferring all of my pictures and videos from the 2 years that I had the iPhone 6 and he was extremely helpful and took the time to transfer everything and made sure all was there. Great customer service!
