This has to be the worst T-Mobile ever. Do not waste your time coming to this place. Not only do you have to wait on long lines. But the sales rep act as if your bothering them. Not even the Manager David knows the definition of customer service. Trust me if I had to crawl on glass to another T-Mobile I would. Definitely would not walk into this place again. Def worth the drive, walk or crawl to Freeport. Jenay has no customer service and needs training. Thank you Derek for helping me. You should definitely transfer out of this location. This places Sucks

Nieves was a great help. Quick and courteous service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was setup properly (new account and new phones) and provided me with all the necessary documentation. I would recommend this store
