I cant express how professional, lovely, reasonably priced, & caring this establishment is! I am very clumsy when it comes to my cell phone to say the least. Fix phone on bell has been nothing but helpful & speedy in repairing my phone. I discovered this place about a year or so ago & have gone 3x since (& by not fault of theirs!) The young man at the front desk is very personable & professional. He put me at ease that my phone would be fixed & assured me that if I have any further issues with the screen to come back for repairs (1 month warranty free of charge). Most recently today I went to get my screen repaired. My usual life saver was there & done within 20 min to fix my iphone6. He also included a free tempered glass for the patronage which I thought was nice. Another admirable thing about this place is it is a very honest. I brought my mothers iPhone 6S to be repaired & Upfront he stated how much extra this repair would cost and the best way to go about fixing it is going to Apple itself. They arent there to swindle you. I found this to be very honest & kind. Overall, I highly recommend this place & always spread the word when a friend needs their phone repaired.

Outstanding Experience! I have an old I phone 5 that suddenly wouldnt accept a battery charge anymore. It showed a black screen with the charging battery symbol when plugged in. It would never boot up anymore. Called Gary and he said come over right away. He diagnosed a failing battery and had it changed within minutes. The phone was fully restored. Very friendly professional service. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this repair shop. Came in with a broken iPhone 6 screen, walked out in under 15 minutes with it fixed and looking better than before I broke it. If you ever have any issues with your phone, this is the place to visit. A+ service and work.

Terrible. Asked for the price just to fix a back camera, cost $50 meanwhile other stores were $20-$30. Everytime I asked a question the person said "yeah, yeah." I told him the price was a bit too expensive he was like "yeah yeah."
