IF THERE WAS A HALF STAR ID GIVE IT, THIS STORE SUX, I WENT IN ONE DAY, PAID A CELL BILL, AND WAS ACTUALLY SPEAKING TO THE OWNER, YES THE "OWNER"...ANYWAY, LONG STORY SHORT WE ENDED UP TALKING ABOUT A NEW PHONE COMING OUT THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO PURCHASE FROM THEM, AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL THE NEXT DAY FOR PRICING...I CALLED, AND THE DUDE WAS IN THE BACKGROUND SAYING THAT HE WASNT THERE ...LMAO...DUDE, IM TRYING TO GIVE U BUSINESS!!! MY MONEY MORON...AND HE JUST KEPT BLOWING ME OFF...ANYWAY...SERVICE SUX, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Just to let everyone know, if you need help with boost phone about anything, they CAN help you. Just call 611. They were great to me when boost representatives @Cool Connections sucked at it. (They were Lazy Losers) Not getting into it, but O I shared to these representatives (tall Skinny Indian almost bald guy & hispanic light brown hair girl) that boost can fix the problem that they created... Be Smart and Dont let people treat you like your stupid. ;)

I went in to change the broken screen on my iPhone 6, it got done for $80 and in 30 minutes! I was very happy until the next day way less than 24 hours later the phone had blue vertical lines on the screen. I went in and spoke to the young guy who had fixed it, he showed the owner and they offered to change the screen for $80 more!!! Unbelievable! They dont stand behind their work and I would not recommend you use this place to fix your phone ever!

i love cool connections, i have never had any problems. i promise, if you go after 3 Sunday- Thursday you will get the best service ever. there is a light skinned young man there that is very energetic and loves his job. i always go in after 3 because it seems that the young man is more into his job and has more knowledge. im actually going today to pay my phone bill :)

This is not a five star hotel so do not expect great customer service. However these guys know their stuff! They put warranty on phones and insure them. They repaired my blackberry 9700 which i though would never happen. Love them! Ask for Sam!

pretty amazing shop big some banging gurls lol! n e ways got a hd2 when no one had it, even T mobile n the price was awesome 375 no tax, n the girl unlocked it for free so i can use it with my at&t sim. i reccomend it to n e 1.
