AVOID AT PORT WIRELESS ALL COSTS! PORT WIRELESS is the most dishonest "authorized" Verizon Wireless Store. I was served by the following individuals: HASAM SIDDIQUE KAMRAN QURESHI CAMERON JOHN ABRAMOFF (Store Manager) They wanted to keep me as a customer as I was already a Verizon Wireless Subscriber. So they promised me the same deal Apple was offering for an Unlocked Phone with Apple Care. Their exact words were "Dont go to Apple, buy it here. We will give you the same deal PLUS we will reduce your monthly payment by $15 AND you can get a $400 rebate for your existing phone. " When the phone arrived and I went to pick it up, they changed their tune to say "Sorry, we made a mistake, we cant reduce your monthly plan by $15". After threatening to walk away and cancel the order, they offered to reduce it $10 and a free case, apologizing for the other sales persons mistake. I agreed. After 2 weeks, I got a confirmation letter from Verizon about my upgrade, which excluded Apple Care. Upon querying it, I was told that I had to pay for it extra and I had to go into the store to resolve it. I went into the store and spoke to JOHN ABRAMOFF. After questioning and trying to avoid it, he eventually promised that he would "take care of it" but he asked me to give it a few days. After waiting for a week, I called to verify Apple Care was added to my account. I was told again that it was not possible. When the Verizon Rep conferenced the store in, the sales rep CAMERON was not even listening to the call. When he finally did, he simply said he didnt care if I returned the phone and he accused me of not understanding numbers, practically calling me stupid. He finally hung up and terminated his end of the call. Verizon rep tried her best but Verizon was not prepared to help either. PORT WIRELESS is a dishonest store, they lie and cheat customers. VERIZONWIRELESS doesnt care about subscribers either. AVOID PORT WIRELESS AT ALL COSTS.

I dropped my I-phone and brought it for repairs to this store where I bought it. I brought it in on Sunday and received it back on Tuesday 7:30 pm. PROBLEM: they managed to lose all my email. When questioned about it they got nasty and I was told they had nothing to do with it "thats how it works was the explanation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Jared at the Port Washington verizon store is fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me replace a lost phone. He was so kind and patient, and was genuinely interested in helping me. He is extremely professional, and deserves to be recognized for his wonderful customer service.

I had such a great experience at this Verizon store. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the features on my new phone. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases!

Beware this is an independent and if you have a problem, which you probably will, they do not have to follow any of Verizons policies. AVOID and dont be fooled by the stamped envelopes for the rebates. Too slick for me.
