These guys try and nickel and dime you. I went it to buy a new phone and prior to my visit called metro pcs customer service which gave me a total price but the store would not honor it and tried to upsell me for over $70. I called back customer service and they directed me to the Sleepy Hollow NY store . OF course no issues at the sleepy hollow store
