My parents, who dont speak english, have been told to buy the latest phone because the phone they have is too old. But this isnt true. They buy phones their all the time. The workers are tricking my parents to buy their phones. Also, they almost never attend to their issues correctly. In addition, the workers have a terrible sense of customer service. They speak to you as if you are just another customer, with no sincerity.

I came in to get help connecting to the network, these scammers are trying to make money off of me, I called MetroPCS customer support and got my problem fixed for FREE. Not only that but the employee had no idea what he was doing, even I have more knowledge about APNs and data settings. DO NOT COME HERE
