The reps do not seem to very knowledgeable on how the deals/rates/payment or bills work. Its either that, or they just want to make a quick sale (commission). Ive have numerous issues in the past several weeks with this particular store - warranty phone being returned before my time to pick up was up, tied down with T-Mobile for 24 months on a "free phone" and not having it explained to me, not being told re-stocking fees apply and the latest - payment being taken from my card and no record on T-Mobiles side from that payment (made at this store). I have tried so hard to give this store a chance, I kept coming back after being screwed over before because I thought maybe I was crazy. Turns out I was, for returning here. Jose, manager, was helpful one of those times. So thank you, sir. My advice to you: dont come here to open an account, add a line, buy a new phone, or to ask ANY questions (promotions, plans, etc.) If youre there for payment just make sure to keep your receipt. Drive/walk the extra few minutes to visit another branch (if youre unfortunate enough to be stuck with T-Mobile due to their sneaky tactics). Youll be glad you drove/walked.

At first it was a bad experience but they are really trying to work on there customer service experience. Jose the manager he assisted me all the way in resolving any and every issue although I didnt stay with T-Mobile he made sure it was a pleasant experience. As for employees some are rude and ghetto and need to be retrained and should know that when Jose is not there they shouldnt operate different. We all have rules to follow with or without a boss present. its only one or two rotten apples spoiling it for the bunch but they are aware and seem to be making changes based on my experience going in there these few days.

Worse T-mobile location to go to, not only is there always a line out the door but, the employees are rude and rush customers. While in line the, employees pick and choose who they help. I went in to pick up a warranty replacement and I understand taking customers who are just paying a bill. However, customers who came in to become a new customer were taken ahead of me. The manger Christine is of absolute no help and encourages the situation. Employees need to be trained with better communication and attitude skills.

Worse service ever. They working like tortoises. Suck it because I wait more than 15 minutes. Two ladies came after me but they took them before me because they know them. Im also going there every months for pay our family bills . Thy saw me i came before them but after they chilling with them long time. so, I went out from there because I already wait more than 15 minutes. Also, the one lady told me every day they working like that and customers hv to wait long time.

Employees seem to be friendly and try to be helpful but usually not too knowledgable to be able to offer any real assistance. However, maybe if they stop blasting music and acting like its a club or hangout spot they may be able to assist better and make less mistakes so customers dont have to waste time going back to get those errors fixed.

Its bad when people cannot do their jobs and rely on lying just to push a sale. I went there to inquire about my plan and switch over to the t-mobile one plan. I found a better resolution by calling t-mobile rather than dealing with these clowns.
