The guy is a total scammer, he lied to me when selling a phone. Also, made me buy a lot of merchandise claiming they were free due to a special promotion they were having. 4 days later tmobile sent me a reminder of my bill and it was more than double what he promised. I called tmobile they apologized for what the salesman did and promised me a full refund, as long as I returned everything to the store. I went there and the guy started screaming at me and wanted to kick me out. I didnt leave until he processed my refund, the guy ended up charging me restocking fees. $50 dollars and for a screen protector that I couldnt repackage.

Definitely would be cautious approaching this place. The sales clerk explicitly told me that the additional amount for adding new phone lines would be $10/month, and then I receive a bill thats over $200/month. Sales clerks need a lot of training in how to handle upset customers as the young guys were just talking over me. Filed complaint with DCA - NYC.

I have been dealing with Manni now for about 4 years. He has always been professional, respectful, and honest. I have 5 lines on my account and have done all my transactions with this store. Him and his staff has always given me a good deal, and go out of their way to make sure you get all the promotions.

Beware, make sure when the f**king guy there gets you your new phone, the seal is not broken yet, Gonna buy a new phone when I noticed he never cut the seal. He just open the box and when I refused to accept it, he threw me out of his store, that guy is a scam..

Worst tmobile store. They lie about the products they are offering. I had to call tmobile and had it fixed because the people in this store refused to own up to their mistakes. Stay away from this place.

Really insulting individual. Trying to sell products that are not needes. Dont shop there!
