Since the first iPhone came out I was a ATT customer and I never had any issues after I upgraded my phone every two years. This year I decided to upgrade my phone at this ATT chain and they changed my plan without MY CONSENT. When I came back both the manger and the salesperson who switched my plan denied that this happened in the store. They did not admit to their mistake and did not even try to help me. This is the last time I will make a purchase at this ATT store in fresh meadows.

They will scam you. Walk in to pre-order a phone, then they will give it to someone else and tell you that they havent received it yet. Complete run around - order online or go elsewhere.
