Terrible experience. I only rated one star because I couldnt rate zero. The woman who helped me was the worst. A middle aged lady named sharice or something along the lines of that name. I believe she is the manager. She was inattentive and did not know what she was doing ,it took her almost an hour to figure out how to reset my phone, when I complained on twitter to T-Mobile customer service they said that should have taken no more than five minutes!!! She had no idea what she was doing . She was picking her nose and picking stuff out of her braids then touching my phone I had to sanitize my phone with hand sanitizer when I left! Disgusting . Why did it take so long?? Because she was having side conversations with people and she was more interested in other peoples personal conversations. Rather than focusing on helping me she decided to help another customer and he even commented "why are u helping two people at once ??" Wouldnt it make sense to help one person at a time so the line gets done quicker ?? It was the worst. If I even go back to that location I will definatly not go when shes working . There is another guy who works there his name is bernie. Hes about the only helpful person Ive dealt with at the store. I went last week and he helped me in under 5 minutes !!!! And despite the fact I was a bit rude because I was in a hurry he was still very nice and he actually knew how to do his job it wasnt stressful or frustrating! When sharlease shartruce Charmander sharmise sharice WHAT EVER HER NAME WAS realized I was being impatient she took LONGER. The passive aggressive type. Terrible work ethic and even worse experience. Disgustinggg.

Absolute worst service ever provided. The representitive had a huge additude the entire time.Aswell as another employee advertising false information. Only advice for others would be not to go to the t-mobile located in new Rochelle on Main Street.

They were very rude and Demeaning. They had issues with fraud before and they judge other customers in a negative way. We were there to buy their product not get humiliated. I advice other people to chose alternate location.

The very best customer service,the new manager Shereese is totally awesome. Pick up the new galaxy s7edge,Troy and Miguel did an excellent applying the accesories. Also offered water while i waited.

Friendly staff, manager works for her customers, store is always clean. Only downfall is long waiting periods but that is due to the individualize service. All in all great place.
