Scammer and misleading store. Went in there on March 9 and they said buy 1 Galaxy 7 get one free. Just told me pay the taxes. 1 week later,phone never arrive and they blame me for not confirming my email. Called T Mobile directly and found out the deal starts 11th,i have to pay for the free phone first until T Mobile reimburse me. So,the store lie about the deal and mislead me with false information. Already reported to BBB , T Mobile and Consumer Protection . DONT GO THERE. THEY SCAM!!!

I had a terrible experience with another t mobile store so decided to try this one since its close by my work. The first time I went there few months ago an older lady who is a manager was working she offered absolutely no help to try to resolve the issue but tried to sell me a new phone which I didnt need. Today was a totally different experience the two young man employees were so helpful and have excellent customer service skills. Very impressed!!

The customer service Ive been recieving at this store since I switched from AT&T has been superb. All the workers I encountered has been cordial and experienced. A young man by the name, Amit, has been exceptional in his customer service approach. I do not mind driving past many T mobile stores to get to this location. I highly recommend this store.
