Worst place ever.. called first to make sure they had the vehicle... they did 02 toyota sequoia drove a hour and a half to look at it and they had it priced at $49995 online then when asked about it when i test drove it they said it was $69995. I offered them $3k out the door since it had high miles, alot of rust, a bad battery, and a cracked windshield, they countered at $3785 out the door after calling thier manager to clear it I countered at $3600 out the door they said they couldnt do it and I asked them if I could go eat lunch next door and think about their offer of $3785 and then let them know...they said yes. Then when I returned 30 to 45 min later I walked in and they recognized me and greeted me and I said I would take it for the $3785 they said they would have to clear it with the same manager, then 10 min later came back with a higher price of $4165 and said the sales manager they talked to messed up on price and it was the least they would take out the door I asked why they told me one thing then said another and raised the price? I asked if I would have bought at that price 30 min before if he would have done it he said yes but he cant honor that price now because the manager messed up on the bottom they could take and he couldnt honor the price he set.. so i drove to the main rod Hatfield lot to explain and got the runaround to speak to general sales manager and excuses to why this happened. I drove 1 1/2 hours with a screaming 2 yr old, my 65 year old father and my wife who was looking forward to the vehicle to get treated like a piece of garbage and lied too. Apparently $400 means more than their word. Worst place Ive ever been, please dont go here I promise they are dishonest people. This is the 3rd time i have ever given a review of anything and all others were good, and if I can save someone from getting ripped off than I would gladly give 0 stars if I could. But maybe this review will help

My sales guy was super sweet although wasnt eager to accomplish getting me a great deal. The financial expert on the other hand did not give up , he ensured I was leaving with the vehicle I had intended on. He got me gas due to having to make more than one trip there from Winchester for paper work. He was awesome ! Not to mention he was eye candy for the time I was there!

Over the years I have bought a lot of vehicles from car dealers. In my over 40 years of car shopping, I have never been treated as well. Marc and Donald were as good as it gets. Customer service is #1 with these guys. I would definitely buy from them again. BTW I love my Tahoe!

Liars and cheats! Bought a 05 gmc 4x4. Drove it for 3 weeks and it has 2 cracked heads. Looking at over 1500 to just get it fixed. They high pressure sales tactics and their used cars are junk.
