Initially, I was told that Id have to come back the next day since we didnt have a working car & I got a baby at home. They needed both our signatures before my husband can take the car off their lot. Well we were so blessed it was Richard Chilampath who met my husband at the door! He went above & beyond in making sure we get to take our new SUV home!!! My husband showed told him the SUV I wanted which was located at another DriveTime dealership all the way on west colonial dr & guess what? They both hopped in a vehicle & took my husband there to pick up the vehicle I had my eyes on and not only that! They also went straight to our house to pick me & our son up & we all went back to Sanford location to get paperwork done. Problem solved as simple as that! I didnt have to worry about spending money on a cab to sign the papers the next day! Its very rare nowadays to meet awesome people like Richard whos not only there for a paycheck. He was extremely pleasant & his professionalism at its best! If I could give you a million stars, I totally would have. Now a month later, my husband & I still couldnt be grateful enough we went to DriveTime in Sanford. The smooth, very friendly & easy-going transactions you guys provide to your customers is one of the best thing that attracts new folks to come down & check out your location. Thank you so much! I highly recommend seeing Richard!!!

KID FRIENDLY!!! The staff was very nice and helpful. I first called and they told me everything I had to bring in. I didnt have to bring my paycheck stubs nor print them. They did it for me. The place was packed when we got there but only had to wait 10 mins to get seen. I didnt have enough money to put down. Only $500 and they used my old car and matched my $500. I also had super bad credit and my fiance license is suspended but we got to leave with a new luxury affordable car that was in our price range. We had a huge variety of cars to choose from.They have free water and free popcorn and free coffee. They have a lounge with couches and a tv. Lounge also includes toys for kids. Bottom line they are very helpful and the environment is wonderful. Will recommend this place to anyone!!! Loved them!!! Everyone helped but the GM looked out and Richard did all the work. He was patient and nice. He was awesome!!! Great service. Thank God for Drive Time.

My husband and I had an amazing experience yesterday at the dealer. After having to file bankruptcy, we lost our car the night before we visited drive time. Worried with 4 children and no transportation we decided to apply for drive time and my husband got approve instantly. We set an appointment right away and were greeted at the door by Richard. Richard explained the process to us and then we were introduce by Hugo . We discussed our situation and what we were looking for and how much we could afford to put down . We had a car in mind but it was in Gainesville, that was no problem ! My car was delivered same day and it was better than the pictures. We are very please with the service and the ability to help people not just push sells. I have had many dealer experiences under my belt and this by far is one of the best! Im very happy with my experience with drivetime. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was nervous about car shopping alone because I know some people will try to take advantage but I felt very comfortable the entire process. When I first went I talked with Terrance who was very friendly and halirious. Felt like i knew him. But when I went back to purchase the car i talked with Richard who was very also nice. Like I said Im very happy with my experience there. Only person who wasnt friendly was Hugo. He didnt greet me or my friend. Didnt smile or nothing. I went back to drivetime a week later so my friend could buy a car. Richard and Hugo were standing right next to each other. Richard spoke with a friendly smile. Hugo look me in my face and turned away. Very rude. Anyway. Thanx drivetime. I love my car!!!

This was my third place that I had went to. My vehicle had broke down and I had to get a rental. I had went to other places and got the run around. I had seen Drive Time n a commercial and thought I would give it a try. I was approved instantly. I called because I wanted to make sure. I lived 30 minutes away and didnt want to make the drive only to be denied . That wasnt the case at all. The staff was so friendly. The place was very clean and they got me into a vehicle I wanted. They didnt tell me what they think I should get. I was approved in 2 hours and I am very pleased with Drive Time. I am one satisfied customer and I will be recommending anyone who needs a vehicle to go here. Thank you and I am in love with my new SUV.

I would like to say that my experience at drive time yesterday when i purchased my GMC Envoy was a great buying experience that i wanted it to be, no hassles no lyes broken promises just the strait truth about all questions i had in regards to many cars and trucks that i was interested in, I have purchased many cars in my time and this was the best experience i can say i have had in my 22 years as a driver, buying a car should be a happy time, some places make it the worst time of your life this will not be one of them, it was so much fun that i want to do it again LOL... Thank you Drive time for a great experience and all the help that was giving to me to find the perfect car for me and my family we thank you .... :)

My girlfriend and I needed to buy a car quickly. We see the funny DT commercials daily so we decided to give it a shot. We are so glad that we did! We were greeted with a smile before we even walked into the building by our salesman Terrance, then we were greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to Drive Time" by the manager Constance when we walked it. Terrance was happy to answer our questions and was knowledgable and very easy to talk to. Constance was very professional and excited to help us with the process. A couple hours and a few test drives later, we left with a car that was perfect for our family. Keep it up Sanford DT! We will be purchasing our next vehicle from you and will be suggesting you to everyone!

On 9/9/16 I blew the transmission on my Chevy Avalanche. I happened to be driving by Drive Time Sanford with my wife and saw a Buick Lucerne in the lot. We step inside and were met by Richard at the door and from that point on it was like shopping for a car with a family friend. The entire process was extremely pleasant and Richard along with his manager Hugo made sure we walked out the door with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.
