I brought my 2013 Ford Fiesta to the Kisselback location after I got caught/stuck in the middle of a flooded parking lot here in Kissimmee last summer during massive storm that happened during the pitch black evening. About 20 other cars got stuck and flooded during the same storm in the same parking lot that night... needless to say when I brought my car to Ford during the fix they did something (that my fiancé predicted they might do, but by the time I called them, the mechanics had already done it!) that ultimately ended with my car getting hydrolocked. It ended up being a HUGE hassle, as I had a car being rented at the time (which was obviously extremely expensive dispite my massive discount), so their error resulted me needing the rental another week for them to have the time to fix the problem and replace my engine. They did admit to it being their mistake and luckily the engine was covered under warranty. I told them that I live pay to pay and could not afford to keep my rental an extra week, which at the time I desperately needed for my commute to work in downtown Orlando. The manager relayed the message over to the owner Bobby Kisselback and he went above and beyond to try and make the issue a little more pleasant to deal with by cutting the car rental company a check for the extra week. I was extremely relived and impressed with the manner in which Mr Kisselback stepped up to the plate to help out a new customer when I needed it the most! That gesture made me want to return to Kisselback in the future if need be, dispite the incident. Thank you Bobby!!!:) Last but not least, the other thing that was an issue and apparently "still is" is that part that comes with the key to unlock/lock car, open trunk etc on my spare key hadnt been working what so ever, even when they put a brand new battery in. Every single time I went back to the dealership I asked them if they had ordered the part/gotten it in yet and a year later, I STILL have not received the key part or even a call that it had came in, been on back order etc.. needless to say it STILL isnt replaced to this day! It has slipped my mind until now (writing this). Thank God I havent had to use the spare key yet. I can still manually open it with that key, but as a delivery driver it would be the biggest hassle to have to do that every couple of minutes in between my deliveries. Not to mention that is an important part of the alarm on my car as well.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with both our new F-150 purchase at Kisselback and the service we received from both Zach and the team (notably Kim). Zach went above and beyond the call of duty in what Id expect from a sales representative. He worked up prices for us on a variety of trucks both on the lot, and also for trucks at other dealerships we were interested in to make sure we got a clear picture of both options and prices, and even with all of the other options in Central Florida, we found the truck that we liked the best right there on the lot anyways! Not only did he help us with prices, but he also made himself personally available to us via his personal phone/text, which helped tremendously as we were able to save time, get all of our questions answered quickly, and most importantly, not have to spend too long away from home with our 2-year old (who had fun in the kids area of the showroom regardless!). At the end of the sale, he spent a great deal of time showing us how to use all of the features in our new truck and made sure we were completely satisfied before we drove it off the lot. The process of buying a car has been agonizing for us in the past, but the Kisselback team made it an enjoyable experience and one that I can whole-heartedly recommend to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle in Central Florida. Other dealers will hide special fees and install cheap add-ons like pinstripes and bedliners to drive the cost up AFTER youve found a great price online, which is the biggest turnoff to us and a colossal waste of time. We were refreshed to find that Kisselback does not partake in this practice and does not hide fees, which is very valuable to us as consumers. And with that, I say "job well done"! I live in the area and really never went to Kisselback due to a poor experience under its previous ownership and name. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Rodney my salesman. There are always a few things that I look for when purchasing a car: knowledgeable sales staff, low pressure, honesty, and quick services. I can say that Rodney and Kisselback achieved all of these. Rodney knew everything about the vehicle and didnt pull the "Well you probably did research and know more about it than I do." He also offered a test drive right away to see if I liked the vehicle. After returning he started working on the figures right away with the sales manager Kim who was also extremely helpful in checking on all incentives and best pricing, nothing was held back and no figures went unexplained. The finance manager Mike was prepared and fast. There was no hassle with purchasing extra warranties and protections, they were offered but he understood that I was not interested and I wasnt pressured. He was also ready to go for signatures. I spent maybe 15 minutes in his office where previously Ive waited 45 minutes or longer. I have to say that I am glad I gave them a second chance under new ownership since the last time I was there. Things have changed and I would recommend anyone to purchase with Rodney and Kisselback. They have a pretty well rounded inventory and can offer entry level models as well as fully equipped. It was a great experience and I cant wait to put miles on my new 2015 Ford Fiesta ST! Onyx Black is an awesome color in the Florida sun with the metallic finish! After contacting multiple dealerships, and being turned down by them saying it wasnt possible to make a deal due to my negative equity, I put in one final contact request via Kisselback Fords website and received a quick response from Daniel Mascarel. From the beginning to end he made the whole buying process extremely easy for me. I never even stepped foot in the dealership prior to delivery. We agreed upon numbers via text, and Daniel met me at work to sign all the paperwork which was very convenient being I work nights at a hospital and didnt care to spend my only day off stuck in a dealership all day. He even scheduled my car to get tint put on prior to pickup which was really nice, I was dreading sitting in a tint shop for 1-2 hours waiting for that to be done! At time of delivery I noticed a few chips on the hood, and a scratch on one of the rims and Daniel got a new rim ordered and their local body shop to get the pits touched up. Minor things like this were expected being the vehicle was a demo. When the rim came in Daniel gave me another demo so they could get the rim put on and touch up those few spots so I wasnt left without a car. this makes car number 7 for me and by far this was the best car buying experience Ive had thus far. Definitely will be back for future car purchases and would recommend them to anyone thats looking for a new or used vehicle!
