The "manager" Manny has got to be one of the most shady dealers in Florida. Two months ago, we purchased a 2002 BMW 325 from him. At the time, his website stated a price reduction from $8500 down to $7500. We made it a deal. After taking over two weeks to get the finance company to approve his dealership as a legitimate one, we were finally able to take the car home. About two days after driving the car off the lot, a few problems occured with it. The convertible top would not open and close properly. There was a crack in the windshield that enlarged, the key would not open the driver side door, and two of the four tires were pretty bad. Now he said he would take care of the problems. He had the car towed back to his dealership and kept the car for a little over a week to do these "repairs". Finally get to the point of getting the car back (a week ago now), and everything seemed to be alright. Or so we thought... Two days ago, the convertible top does not work and we had to manually close it. The driverside door will not open with the auto unlock function on the key and all the tools that came with the car are now missing. We tried to contact him Monday (day after Easter) and he avoided our calls. We went into the office today and spoke with him where he said "there is no warranty on the vehicle"... yet there is a HUGE sign on site that says "90 day warranty". We reviewed our loan papers and it reflects that he charged us the full $8500 for the car and not the discounted $7500 as was stated online and on site. Perhaps that is a foolish error on our part for not properly reading the papers, but our trust was misplaced. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. Manny avoids his customers with any issues or complaints. This dealership apparently has an issue with selling inventory that works properly. Im not saying they are outriout right theives there.. but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... Manny feel free to contact me with any "dispute" you have. You know exactly who I am.. and how to contact me.

I have had the worst experience with this place, the employees put on a front and act professional when they know they have a car buyer in their hands. As soon as something comes up they are so unprofessional, not understanding. I felt like I was talking with a 15 year old girl who never had a straight answer was always "let me ask my boss" like why hire someone who doesnt know their job. I put $4k down on a black Acura TL Type S which was sold to me at 12,995, a couple months down the road I encountered issues with getting sick and taking time off work, got me caught up a couple hundred dollars behind on my car payments which they came and towed in the middle of the night and did not want to work with the money that i had in hands they wanted the full amount plus a repo fee, long story short my belongings in the car were thrown in the trash they lied and said they called me and sent me letters to my house which I had not received not one call or email besides the call with the unprofessional receptionist "Yamelly Henriquez" calling me asking for the key very demanding and I told her I had no transportation to bring the key her response was "and your point" very childish she kept repeating herself and hung up the phone on me. Very RUDE! I had the car for less than 8months and sure enough they have the car back on their website for the same price i bought it for TOTAL RIP OFF! Reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau. No matter what your credit situation is looking like dont even bother going to these people there are so many car dealers out there that value their customers and appreciate them. These people will do anything for money without thinking about the customers. Had I known what i know now I would have never stepped foot on that lot. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. I will be taking further action with the resources that I have been provided with. Not only did I lose $4,000 and then some on this car but I also lost my belongings.

I wish I could give them 0 out of 5 stars. These are the worst people I have EVER done business with. I was a very loyal customer, paying my car payment in advance every time and even paid my car off well in advance. First problem: when I bought the car the windshield wipers were loose as well as the back bumper. They brought it to their mechanic who never fixed the problem. Next problem: when I went in to pick up my license plate from them, who ever screwed the plate on never bothered to screw the plate all the way in. By the time I made it back to Cocoa Beach, my license was hanging on by one screw. I decided to let this problem slide. Next problem: anytime you make a payment you are supposed to notify them. Which I did, every time, and still received a phone call Monday saying that I never paid and I was late. This infuriated me seeing as how I paid days in advanced and emailed the lady EVERY TIME. Finally I was sick of dealing with unprofessional "business people" and wanted to pay my car off before the final due date. They went to remove the GPS from my car and who ever went inside my car popped the hood. I drove all the way back to Cocoa Beach with my hood unlatched which is an extreme safety hazard. When I went in to pick up my title and address these issues the girl was extremely rude to me. She told me there was nothing they could do about it and only offered me an extremely unsympathetic apology. I let her know I will never do business with them again and I recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. They dont care at all about their customers and are the worst people to have to deal with and communicate with. STAY AWAY FROM JEISY!!!!!!! I HOPE THEY DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

I purchased an 05 Acura TL from these guys. After driving the car off the lot, maybe 20-30 minutes the check engine light turned on. I took it to Advance auto parts to check the engine fault code. The catalyst bank 1 and 2 showed up as the fault code. I got in touch with Manuel from the dealer and informed him of the problem and he told me to bring the car by on Monday so his mechanic could check it out. On Monday I drove to the dealer and talked to the salesman and he told me that the mechanic was not there that day. After several days of the same, I was able to go when the mechanic was there. The mechanic plugged in his OBDii scanner and received the same codes as Advanced auto parts. The catalytic converter is bad. Raymond, one of the guys that works there told me he would speak to the owner and try to figure something out to correct the situation. After a week and a half I still had not heard from Raymond so I decided to give him a call to see what was going on. Raymond told me that the owner said "The car was fine when he drove off, we cant do anything for him." Think twice before making a purchase from Jeisy auto sales, customer satisfaction is obviously not their priority.
