The service is decent at best but they do work with you. The car is great runs well. The day I went to pick up the car one of the mechanics broke one of the side view mirrors which then they ended up replacing right then & there which I appreciated. After making the deal I was told that said the car had the CEL because the o2 sensors were bad which they were going to replace but they never did. Ive had to do some basic maintenance since I picked it up but thats understandable due to cars age. Thats not including the replacing the o2 Sensors Or TPS which Ive had to fix. They did fix the AC in the car because the car didnt have it working when I test drove it. It was a bit stressful dealing with the whole registration transfer since apparently the car was repod in the past & they had some issues due to the DMV with the title transfer but it was resolved in a timely manner. Any time you go purchase a car just make sure you look over everything even the most minuscule detail no matter where you make the purchase at, be smart about buying. Over all Im satisfied with the Purchase

This place was an absolute nightmare..The truck my fiance purchased ended up costing us more out of pocket than the actual finance amount. We were aware the truck needed work, however, we were not aware that it had been poorly rigged to drive well enough to be sold. Over the past year the vehicle has fallen apart (which has costed us even more money than expected). The biggest problem I have with this place is that the women who works in the front office has an issue with pulling payments from accounts they have not been authorized to do so on. I had authorized a ONE TIME transaction over 6 weeks ago; they then took it upon themselves to put my card on file and continue to deduct unauthorized transactions from my account. When I called to report this issue the wome women I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE and decided to use profanities against me when I filed a complaint. After this experience I will never recommend these people nor will I continue to conduct business.

Boy ,was I mistaken from the first time I left a review. The car I bought since day one a Mazda3 has had nothing but problems,the motor fell out of it the first week I had it. No Lie! I just dropped off my son at work and as I was leaving all this noise and Boom..extremely dangerous situation. I brought. It back so many times and they did nothing but feed me Bullsh#!. Ive rented a car on 3 separate occasions. (For over a week each time). I was driving it and it would just shut down. Or never start. Ridiculous. And I was paying from my bank acct. Automatically BI WEEKLY. THEN dont ya know it..they started taking payments weekly for almost 2 months straight. They DONT WANT TO FIX ANYTHING as long as their getting your money. So I chose to stop paying. They wont make this situation Right. And when it rains my car floods on the floors of the passenger side. I literally watched my cups floating... Despicable..BUYER BEWARE and know your lemon law rights!!

I bought a 1997 f150 from this place about 3 years ago and it ran and road good on the test drive until I bought it. I drove from Jacksonville,FL to get this truck and on the way home it started coughing and sputtering and I barley made it home. So I called them and they asked me to send it back so I paid someone to take it up and they did there "repairs" when I got it back it still didnt run right. When it all comes down To it they sold me a peace of junk and they started to ignore my calls and my emails and all I wanted was them to fix the truck they knew was messed up when I bought it!. I put a new motor in it and 4,500 + 3,000 for a motor later it was a good truck. And they still owe me $100 for taking the truck up there "they said they would pay for but they never did"!. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here

Lo peor que hay,no se lo recomendo a nadie,me venderan un carro com problema de aire,e de algo danado que cuando poniamos gasolina o carro no prendia mas,arreglaran o de la gasolina, de tanto yo peliar pero de lo aire nunca arreglaran y siempre ententado hacer a uno que si,ya todo perfecto,mentirosos e grosseiros,se portantan malos educados porque va hacer el reclamo.

Owner dont know how to handle his business, he is very rud, threating for everything to take away your car. Cheating about the payments, adding hidden fees that you dont know for what. The cars are trash, all damage and with missing parts. He is an animal yelling to the customers. Call every five minutes, desperate if like people are going to still his piece of garbage. I wouldnt never recommend this place to nonody. Plus the mechanic he have on site, pretend he is repairing your car and at the minute you look away or get distracted he claimed finished your car but is not. Very dissapointed.

Owner cant manage to talk to the customers with the truth about their options. Always ignoring the customers and keeps them waiting, constantly being disrespectful when speaking to the customers about the current situations. If I knew the customer service and business with this company was this bad, I would not have wasted my time and money. My car was taken from my home aggressively with these two men that were being so disrespectful, threatened to arrest me with no Authority and were not able to successfully bring my car back to the dealer in the condition it was in the day before.

Awesome experience, Carlos talked to me via email and ask the transaction nice and simple, the Jetta I was checking out was actually in better condition than I expected, easy sales experience when buying cash, thanks! -Edit**** one week after owning car would start, car had lost an insane amount of oil, no leaks, I can only suspect the car is burning it, I hope it is because they just put the wrong oil in it, which is common on a diesel tdi, I will be trying out the correct oil and seeing if it will still run, it could already have a ruined engine though due to the massive oil loss.

It was quite nice Carlos and his team made me feel at ease and I wasnt under any pressure. I looked at one car but it didnt work out so I took it back Carlos asked me if I would like to have another PT Cruiser and he said give a couple of days and he would find one for me, well 2 days later he did he had his people check it out for me and the next day I had my car. Carlos also let me know that if I needed anything done to my car to bring it back to him and he would fix it for me at a good deal. I had a great experience dealing with Carlos and his dealership.
