I have never heard of this company prior to today. I called them because my vehicle was totaled, and I needed to retrieve an item from my vehicle that I forgot to take from the original tow. They provided excellent customer service from the moment someone answered the telephone. I did not have my claim number so they had to walk me through the process and located by vehicle by the VIN number. I arrived at the facility after getting directions from them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and 3 people asked if they could help me as I waited a few minutes before someone located my file. The staff was professional from top to bottom, They drove the vehicle up to the front where I could retrieve my item. I was in an out in less than a half hour. Excellent service!

One of the worst companies to deal with. We have been working with an insurance company on a totaled vehicle. Once all the legal issues were worked through, Copart was to handle the removal from our driveway. Cindy and Tammi continue to tell us the vehicle is waiting a driver to be scheduled or they will pick up by the end of the day. This has been going on for over a week. By far the worst customer service of any company I have ever had the pleasure of working with......

my father and I were waiting for ten minutes with no help. there were about six people just sitting in their cubicles starting at us. fortunately a nice woman had the sense to help us and she apologized and was nice and helpful.

I got two really nice cars from Copart Auto Auction. They were really cheap. Id give them a 4. Same price but much more good condition I found at repokar. Those who are interested in cheap and good cars check repokar. com.
