This place is a scam. If you are looking for a good car go somewhere else. They will sell you a car that doesnt work and offer you no help at all. Also when submitting a review they claim that they can find no record of your business?!? (see below) I bought a car from them, 2007 jeep commander, as soon as I got it home turned the car off. We went inside for 2 min, came back out and the car would not start. They sent over a locksmith to replace the key and the car was working, so we thought. The car failed to start the next day so I took it to the dealership. The dealership informed me it was the battery and starter. Paid the money to get it replaced. The car worked for a week then it would not start again. Took it back to the dealership again 2 more times over the next week. The car would start intermittently. Took the car to another dealership. The second dealership said it was the key, I had them make me a new key. The car again worked for about a week then would not start. Took it back to the second dealership for the second time. They informed me that it was the forward control module. I had them replace it. Again it worked for about a week and then would not start. I took it back to the second dealership a third time and they could not find out what the problem was. I ended up having to trade in the car for a used car at the dealership because automall would do nothing to help. If you are looking at this dealership please turn around and run. They will take your money and leave you stranded with a piece of junk that doesnt work sitting in your driveway.

I want to start off by saying My sales person name was Jhonny he was very helpful and very friendly on my first time buying a car. When i test drove the vehicle it road really good but I notice that the a/c wasnt blowing that cool I was told it just needs to warm up and u will be fine, almost a year later come to find out it was the a/c compressor the whole time and it cost over 500 to get fix secondly Im not completely sure whats the correct name but the leather that covers the shift gear was broken I was told no worries just buy a new one from auto zone for about 10$ that wasnt the case at all no auto part store sold it and no where online I could find it it cost 200$ to get that fix no wonder they didnt fix it piece by piece my Volkswagen Jetta is breaking down I tried to trade it but the car has so much negative equity on it no will wants it I have pretty much paid for This car already but Im stuck paying high apr on it I was told I was paying 8,932 by the time I get finish it will be 11,200 I pay on time or before time and extra on my payments for a car I have to keep putting money in Im just stuck and dont really know what to do about this car that so called had nothing wrong with it I really would not suggest going to this company look a little farther save ur money and ur time I even called them back trying to trade for something eles on the lot and that wasnt even possible they wanted 1,500 down all above again scammers Im working 2 jobs just to pay this freaking car off and to fix whats wrong with it

The sales team is friendly enough when youre shopping for a vehicle, and that was well and good. But they did me dirty like no other dealership I ever dealt with, and Ive gotten cars from both reputable and "greasy" dealerships before. When they finance you, even though they claim they finance everyone (and in my case its true), they pressure you into giving them a 5-star review instead of rating them honestly. becuase if you dont, according to them "theyre not doing their job"... Which they didnt fully do, because instead of including the cost of my tag with my down payment, or disclosing to me what Id be paying for my tag so I could budget accordingly, they hit me with it out of the blue when I go to pick it up. I already had to drive ridiculously far out of my way to their very inconvenient South OBT location during rush hour trafic just to pick it up, and then some squeaky little punk who works there had the nerve to fix his mouth and talk about "everybody knows you have to pay for a tag." Again, NO dealership has treated me like this before in my experience. If you can read this, find a better place to buy a car, because if youre looking for a good experience, this aint it. Avoid!

Warning warning warning do not buy Here cars are all junk you will have to put lots more money into them trust me on that and they will not help you out this place needs to get put down they also have a place on OBT do not do not buy from here owners are crooked Crooks they should be put in jail. Lots of people are getting angry because they are so and lemons do not buy here pay here.. This is coming from a hard working man then they will take all your money... Unless they prove me other wise. I will keep doing this and im sure the others will write on here too... Go somewhere else people it will be worth it!! Something that will last and wont rob your hard eard money!!!! Just got the bill $13 grand for a new engine truck is not worth it thanks you automall you guys can suck it. Dont buy here pay here go somewhere else. Wish id look at everyones post on here first. Anyone want to do a class action law suit to try and get some money back? This is so bad that a car company can do this to all of us lets make a stand!!! Im bout to stand outside with a lemon suit for real

If you are a first time vehicle buyer, then do not go here alone. Yes, they work hard to get you approved, but they are only concerned with getting rid of vehicles ASAP instead of looking out for the customer. I spoke to their financing rep at 5:45pm to hear back about another financing attempt since I was only approved at one place earlier in the day. He explained what my options are and gave me good advice since he apparently used to work for a bank. He told me they closed at 6pm and I said I would call him in the morning since I had to discuss it all with my mother. Well, this morning he told me the vehicle was sold last night. When I asked how that was possible, he said they actually closed at 7pm the day before and that I should have put money down to hold it. Being a first time car buyer, I didnt know that was possible. He stated that their "buyer" for the company would be buying cars today and that they would find me something quickly. Not too comfortable with that at all.

Buyer Beware. Purchased a car from them in August and less than 8 weeks later it needed a new engine. They dont acknowledge emails, information sent to their contact us form on the website or texts to the salesman. Filed a BBB complaint and they lied in their response, which took 6 weeks for them to submit. I was very pleased with their customer service during the sale, but disgusted with how theyve handled the situation. Very unethical, putting my 16 year old sons safety at risk as the car was for him. Car shut down in the middle of a busy intersection with no warning due to bad engine. They never once contacted us and told the BBB that they wed "returned the vehicle several time to make demands that were all satisfied." We havent been back to the dealership since the day of purchase. We did purchase AS IS but who would ever purchase a car and think in their wildest dreams that that meant youd have to replace the engine in less than 8 weeks.
