I found a BMW 135i convertible online and immediately inquired about it. Salesman Courtney called me promptly. He seemed to be a very nice guy and helpful. Financing was approved and I was planning to drive to Florida from Alabama to get the car. I put a $1000.00 deposit on the car right away. The next day, the price goes up about $1500.00. The owner (Rob) said he didnt approve it to be posted online at that price and the car needed some paint and engine work which is why they were charging more. (Why are you not checking pricing before having someone post them online???) I stupidly ignore that red flag and say OK. I was first told it would be at a BMW dealership being repaired. A week goes by... nothing. I call back and they say its still sitting at the shop. Why? Ive owned many BMWs and they overnight parts for repair. They lied.. it was at a side mechanic. I was told it would then be ready that next week. I booked a hotel for a few nights and planned to make a small trip for the car. The night before I leave, I called and what do ya know.. the car is still sitting in the shop! No work has been done to the car at all. My question is.. why was car posted for sale when it will take weeks to fix?! So I am already out money on the hotel since it was non refundable. I speak with the owner and he is quite the smart ass. I had every right to be upset! He basically tells me thats how it is and I can wait or get my money back.... thats it! He does tell me they had more expensive cars to repair that were priority.. so he basically told me my business didnt mean anything. He does offer to refund my deposit back and also tells me (along with the salesperson) that I will have first dibs on the car once it is finished and that he will go in maybe half to have the car shipped to me. I said OK again after that red flag. I feel I had been pretty understanding through this entire process. So now, we are on the 4th week of buying this car. I text and called my salesperson. NO response. I left a message at the dealer to have him call me back. 24 hrs later and no response. I call the next day and spoke with a very nice receptionist. She collected my info and would have someone call me back. The sales manager calls me back quickly and says they have taken another deposit on the car from someone else and says the car has more issues etc... Basically, he is saying tough luck! I believe the owner did not want to pay any shipping on the car so they sold it to someone else. I advise ALL to STAY AWAY from this business. They have constantly lied to me and kept me hanging for 4 weeks! This business definitely has lots of room for improvement with customer service.

Worst experience ever. We drove from Tampa to look at two cars for my husband. Once we arrived, the sales lady was upset that we couldnt remember who had left us a voicemail about the two cars being available. We explained we had about 20 different voicemails from a bunch of dealerships and cannot keep track of everything. She then had us go through our voicemail box comparing the store number to all the numbers we had voicemails from. Once we had reached our limit of this ridiculous search we were led inside where she easily looked up our information and found who had contacted us. I dont know why that was not done to begin with. Once we went outside for my husband to look at the cars, I had stepped aside to send some emails for work on my phone which I had verbally announced. This was ignored and I was bothered with talking and questions by the sales woman who had no interested in my husband who was examining the cars but would simply not leave me alone. He decided he really liked the Ford Edge. We were then told that if we wanted to make a deal on the car we should come back by five, and after she found out we had plans to visit other dealerships we were told we should go visit those before test driving the Edge. We had gotten VERY upset stating we again drove all the way from Tampa and had not seen an Edge at other places we visited so we were extremely interested in this car. She responded saying they were very busy with other customers who had made appointments and they were understaffed so she would see if a test drive was possible. We were so upset with her rudeness we left immediately. I understand us not having a appointment and them being understaffed but we should have been offered a appointment time for later that day to come back and test drive a car that is an hour away from our home. We are now super interested in Ford Edges and are searching for ones in the Orlando and Tampa area. Its upsetting we werent given an opportunity at this place.

I found this car online while I was still living in Germany. I thought I was getting a great deal. I was even told the owner of the car was prior military and he wouldnt screw over someone like me. Wrong! Prior to seeing the car I was told the only issue with the car was the sunroof. When I arrived to the dealership, I was looking over the car and noticed the oil was low and the tech tried to argue with me that it was fine. Finally the sales agent came out and agreed with me and the issue was fixed. When I went for a test drive, one of the blinker lights were blown and I caught it before driving off the lot, because like some previous costumers have said, once you drive out they wont help with anything. Got that replaced, yes it may not cost that much but you would think buying a car, the little things would be in order. I was told prior that the sunroof didnt work, which wasnt a big deal. I was told it would cost around $400 to be fixed, thankfully I am pretty handy and I was able to do it myself and it cost $28.00. I have had the car a little over a month, the driver side window was broken, it would go down but it was a struggle to get it back up and stay up, no one told me about it. However, yet again I was able to fix it. The car needs new brakes and calipers, which I wasnt told about. The front end shakes horribly. The back passenger side wheel is cupped and makes an awful sound when turning to the right. There were nails in the tires and they dont hold air pressure. Overall, horrible experience and I wont be back again.

Be very careful trusting anyone in this dealer. I was in the process of getting a 2007 jetta from them and after having them run my credit and tell me how much is was going to pay monthly Scot Macdonald told us that nothing could be done that night because it was already to late in the evening which it was. So the next day we get the bank approval for the loan, and got everything straightened out. All that was missing was to go and sign and drive. On the 2nd day not only did I email Scot but I also spoke to him at 5:00 over the phone to let him know I was going to go and get the car. Being 10 minutes away from the dealer I call him to tell him I was almost there only to find out he had sold the car to someone else who came with cash he didnt even think it was necessary to maybe call me and inform me (I guess an attempt to just get me over there and maybe get lucky in putting me in another car) When I arrived, since I was already near by, I was disappointed about the Jetta, but strangely Scott had started the process of moving numbers around trying to put me in a 2009 Nissan altima that was almost $4000 more than Jetta and this without me even seeing the car. Not only do I feel completely disregarded as a customer, Scot didnt really seem to care at all, when I arrived the first thing I said was, but "I told you I as coming in today" Scotts reply was, she came in with a check, I got to do what I got to do". Poor customer service and horrible way to treat a customer!!!! Scot you suck !!!!
