You get what you pay for, and this Walmart isnt any different. Most employees seem to just be waiting on the end of their shift and will do everything they can to ignore you until you make the effort to say something to them. Not all of the employees are like this, as there are a few who are generally friendly and seem to (at least pretend to) like their jobs. Whats surprising is that the first type of employees I described even exist considering how many managers you see walking around. Some of those managers can get very belligerent with customers which is certainly worse than the apathetic employees. The only reason Im giving this Supercenter a 4 and not a 3 is because the other services offered are generally pretty good. 1. The hair salon has a very friendly staff that know what theyre doing. 2. The McDonalds, while still McDonalds, generally has fairly friendly staff that are usually punctual with getting the food to customers. So while the Clinton Supercenter has very mediocre (not good, not terrible) service, the services offered almost make up for it.

train your staff the right way specially for checking out the registered for over, the handheld machine scale for money counts, those are not 100% accurate, i used to be a cashier i just dont understand why they cant resolve the problem right there and then... Do the old school way, hard count the money and compare it to the end sale receipt...the three ladys whos helping me last night are not sure if they know what their doing, their whispering back and fort behind the counter and they told me wait tomorrow that would be today for the result. I love this store because Ive been buying here and ordering site to store( love it) never got a problem until last night!!!!!!!!!! Time 4:45 11/12/13.....i finally got my $100.00 but they don"t know what is the meaning of customer service!

So totally against the no back pack thing for starter. Our diaper bag Is a back pack and they still made my wife lock it up. Second there was an awesome employee in the pet section this afternoon. My wife is little and to top it off has a broken foot and Is in a cast, she was struggling getting her dog his typical 50 pounds of dog food in her cart and the employee came up and he helped her put the dog food in her cart without even being asked (my wife would never ask for help). It really made her day. So good job Clinton wal Mart! I wish I knew the guys name to give him credit. He really does deserve it considering usually you cant find a person to even ask a question to there.

Absolutely terrible store, the staff are rude, and arrogant, very disrespectful, don’t even bother asking the “sales associates” that are wandering around any questions because they don’t seem to know anything about the store, also the store is always filthy as if they don’t have a custodial team that works there, they are always out of products, they never have enough cashiers to meet the stores demand (shouldn’t have to wait in long lines every single time) don’t bother with this pitiful excuse for a store, save yourself some time and sanity and shop either at Winco just north of this Wal-Mart, or smiths just south there.

I have never had any issues here except recently when I purchased an air mattress that didnt work nor worked for what I needed. I had the receipt but it had been opened so they refused. It was never used and I could only exchange for one equal value or more expensive but I needed one that worked and was smaller. I was even good with a gift card to Walmart. They have no postings anywhere alerting a customer that it is non returnable. I feel cheated on a large item purchase that was a lot of money and wont feel comfortable shopping there for big ticket items anymore. Not that they care.....ever.

I like the ad matching idea. I dont like having the savings we spent time going over the ads we finally get at the register costing me in time waiting for a CSM to come and approve everything we already had to go over with the teller, then nearly being stripped searched on the way out by the door greeter because some things like a 12 can case of soda doesnt fit into a bag, " and is suspiciously under other bagged groceries! Well done security!

Terrible customer service! I bought diapers and they were by accident left. They said the,"checked the cameras" and I walked out with them. Ive been here for about 40 minutes fighting with them. It would be different if the diapers I bought werent sitting right behind the counter that Im standing at. When I called they said I didnt need to bring anything and I could just pick them up. Now this! This place has just lost my business!

You know how you have a love hate relationship with Wal Mart? Well why dont you make it all love! Wal Mart is offering Grocery pickup. Just Google Walmart grocery pickup and sign up! You can add everything to your cart, select a time spot and pull up to the side and watch em load up the loot. No going inside or even getting outside of your car for that matter. Its a beautiful thing. Id give it 5 stars if they delivered.

I will be honest... I hate, hate, hate Walmart. However we went there for glasses about a year ago because we needed cheap at the time, and their warranty is good. We have now replaced my daughters frames and lenses 3 times.. does that mean they are cheap... sure, same chinese garbage you get in the store... but they are always so nice in the optical dept.

great store, great selection ,but trying to call in is horrible, the departments dont really care if they answer the phone or not t is very frustrating, they need hold music and some kind of experience rating after the phone call just like the credit cards do to ensure quality. and I think that is Walmart in a whole not just this store.

I spend alot of money at Walmart in Clinton and because some ppl steal I no longer can return something without a reciept even for store credit I recieved a couple chef pans for a gift and because one is over $50 i cant return it and want me to try and get a reciept from the person who gave it to me. So done shopping at this store !!

I live closest to this Walmart but wont use it because they NEVER have enough carts for the handicapped folks like me to use. We often go to Syracuse because its a better equipped store. Clinton store, is well stocked and clean but the shelves are usually pretty messy. PLEASE PUT MORE CARTS FOR HANDICAPPED IN THE STORE.

Went in looking for an item. A worker named Karen support manager had terrible customer service. She was lazy, did not check on anything and told me the item would not be in until after Christmas. Which was not the case. As soon as I turned my back she started to grumble and complain. She was so rude!

This Walmart happens to be the closest one to my home so we go semi regularly but I will never buy produce here it is always in bad shape. Its never very clean the employees are hit-and-miss as far as being friendly and as compared to some of the other Walmarts has almost no options for vegan food
