This is more a review of Wal-Mart as a whole than this specific locations. Corporate prevents the individual locations from varying in quality too much from one another. Wal-Mart is an unfortunate necessity. They have everything you need at low prices, but the quality of both the products and service suffer in order for the company to pad its bottom line. Customers and employees alike are treated as a means to a profit. Like every other American, I shop her on occasion, but only when Ive exhausted other options first.

I dont know if theyve let some employees go and havent hired replacements, but their is no one around to help and some of those who are around are pretty incompetent. Its sad when you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to pick up one hour photos that have been done for over an hour. One person in charge of the whole electronics department is not enough. The new remodels look nice but unless they up their customer service level the new paint and remodeled interior are not enough to keep my business.

This Walmart needed heavy cleaning inside & out. Spent over $ 2 hundy, found a lot of young employees standing around, asked for management help at check out, got a response from non-manager "no, we dont offer that" I asked the non-manager, if, he understood my question, he responded "I was told to say, we dont offer that". This was 3pm on week day, where crowds are minimal. Keep on trecking to next town for RV Food & supplies.

The store has very depressing lighting. Their staff is very knowledgeable, however. This monstrosity of a store really kills off local business especially in such a small town. Their pharmacy is very slow and they are understaffed and they all go to lunch leaving everyone waiting for them to come back. Ive never seen a pharmacy be that neglectful of their customers. Its a good thing that I did not transfer my prescriptions.

I am a fan of Walmart locally for many reasons. While I love the boutique shops around town, a lot of items cant be found anywhere else but our local Walmart. Return policy is one of the best in town and there hours work well with a busy schedule. Employees for the most part are pretty knowledgeable and always friendly and they are the only store in town with a door greeter. I like em.

This Walmart has absolutely the least amount of associates willing to help, also they are not at all customer friendly most of the associates have no clue what a 10 foot rule is nor how it should be applied. Smiling not applicable at this location. There needs to be some definate improvement at this location at minimum.

The prices are great, although upon exiting recipients are asked for. I tried exiting with the carts and my dad stayed to get some other items. I had to wait for him to get the recipient to me so I can leave. The greeter was also nosy. Once I got off the phone asking for my dad to return. He asked me what was happening

Just what we needed, and some things we didnt, but always low prices... Always! Its never my favorite store, regardless of the city, but consistently Im grateful to have them. This one is no exception, great customer service, great deals, good location.

This particular wallmart is big but not the biggest by far,but if your on s,s,i, you get your money on the third. And on the first all the Mexicans get there food stamps theres about 100 mexes in oakly illegals so all the food is gone.

Okay its a Wal-Mart, so theres that. However that is made up for my the awesome staff that work at this location, always happy, always nice, Ive never had less than 3 people ask if I needed help, and the pharmacy staff are rockstars.

The people are rude and the store is a mess. I did enjoy the eye center cause the staff in there is amazing and the TLE is awesome. HOWEVER, the pharmacy is bs and the staff is very rude and condescending.

Hit and miss with these guys. Sometimes the associates are friendly and helpful. Other times I feel invisible. I had the rudest service at the deli just trying to get half a pound of sliced turkey.

Has the usual groceries close games Etc. does need help in the customer service area, some plays are happy to help you and most others are just not happy to be there. The deli is good!

Was okay dont have alot of stores to shop in walmart ran them all out with price match now they stop doing that,almost at times better to drive a hour to twinfalls for better deals

This Walmart is actually one of the better ones, clean and usually has a good amount of cashiers. The deli is an exception, it is understaffed and often unmanned.

Just a step up from a dollar store. I cry for the people of Burley. Sometimes its a mad house in this place and you got to elbow your way to the checkout line.

Great prices, quick checkouts, and friendly service. It is also the only grocery store on the north end of town.
