story time: I went to Walmart before a vacation and was trying to purchase a pair of earphones because the ones that I had, broke. I thought that I could depend on Walmart to come in clutch with a cheap pair of earphones that would get the job done. I went back into the electronics center and was looking for a pair and when I found one that I wished to purchase they were all sorts of locked up. Need I remind you that they locked up a pair of $10 earphones?! It does not make any sense what they think needs to be secured. If I was really going to march into Walmart to steal a pair of headphones that cost less than I make in an hour, there is nothing a little clip could do about that. I would bring in some scissors and cut those bad boys down. In addition to me being held back from getting what I wanted and just leaving, I also had to deal with the fact that those suckers, that I spent so much time trying to get unlocked by an employee, were figgety figgety messed up in the left ear. There was absolutely no sound coming out of that ear!! They were brand spanking new and already more broken down than a car from the 1800s. I marched back into Walmart to get my money back and as I was trying to speak to the lady in customer service she disregarded me and enjoyed a nice conversation with her other homies that worked there. I am not trying to hear Walmart gossip people, I JUST WANT HEADPHONES. After what seemed like hours of me waiting for her to finish her conversation, which told me that, the customer is not more important than her social life, I went back to the electronics section to exchange the headphones for ones that worked. And yet again they were locked up!!!! It was the same lady back there, but this time she thought it was more important to be draping a wet blanket over an aisle than to help me!! I cannot count the number of times that an employee walked past me, and I was just needing help unlocking a pair of headphones from the prison that they refer to as the electronics section. Overall, the service that I got from that place was complete garbage and next time I go into there, I better not be treated with the same disrespect that was shown to me this last time that I went. Absolutely disgusted, Mamba out.

I never go to this store and not have an issue. I have had the cashiers argue with me over price matched stuff and coupons. In fact, I had to show one of the front end managers how to manually input a coupon! I have been overcharged for stuff more times than I can count. If you go here, make sure you watch the prices ringing up and dont look away. They seem to have an issue with putting a price on things and then not changing it in the system. And they WILL literally make you feel horrible for coming back to get it fixed and get your refund. I have had an issue with getting my money back as cash back that I have been charged for. I was distracted with my baby and the cashier didnt bother to give it to me with my receipt. I feel like she did it on purpose because she didnt like me. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and gave me a dirty look when I asked her to price match just a few things. I called a couple hours later and was told it would be fine to come in and get it that evening. When I got there, all of the managers were in a meeting and the assistant manager told me it was too busy in there anyway. Um... I want my money! Apparently I had to wait for a manager to be available to view video of the transaction and prove I was not given my money. Well, waiting for a manager to be "available" was another 2 days and 9 phone calls later. And when I finally got one, he watched the video and gave me my money. No really, he said NOTHING when he came out. He just got the money and gave it to me and walked away. No apologies, nothing. Fantastic service! A while back I contacted the store manager about issues and the way I was treated, he said "sorry" and defended the staff! Unbelievable! But, very telling on why the store is so sketchy. I remember back when this was a nice store. Now I can see someone stealing from them, inform a worker there that is walking by, and watch them look in that direction, shake their head and walk away. Thus why you will always see empty boxes on shelves that have been ripped apart - oh, and dont forget, the used cosmetics!

They carry far less than other Walmart stores. They have a couple of cashiers that are extremely efficient and I like that. Although I dont think Ive ever felt like Walmart has ever been a very customer satisfaction driven company, this store is not the exception! I extremely dislike the way this Walmart & all others, have their employees taking up the entire aisle of over half the store when unloading truck. AND not even trying to make room for you or help you through the chaos as you shop! Like customers are either invisible or a nuisance to them. As if a trip to Walmart isnt enough of a mission in itself, theyve now added in this extra challenge.. "the obstacle course", to the "people dodging", "price finding", & other skills test, that "going to Walmart" has become! After making it out without knocking over a display, running over an employees stocking shelves, & without throwing my hands in the air saying forget this, its not worth it.. I feel like somehow there should be a reward, a level up bonus or something to say, Great job, youve passed! Its getting ridiculous Walmart! Really ridiculous!

Your price match changes when it is convinent. We wanted to price match an add all week on some items but the sotre was out. When we stopped in for some tv snacks for kids on Friday night some items were in stock so with add still on we picked them up. They would not honor the add said it was a out of stock warehouse item. It did not matter if they had it in stock at the store. This has happened one to many times for us. I will share my experiences with friends and family. I have watched many big business crumble over time. They also thought they were bigger and better than the people that supported them.

Ive been shopping at this Walmart for years. They are less busy and dirty than other Walmarts nearby. But recently Ive been so frustrated shopping here. Every time I come, they are out of the items I need. Theres a place on the shelf for them, but they are always out. Also, they quit putting prices by all of their stuff. Im trying to shop and compare prices on things but I cant because the price slots are all empty. Ive loved Walmart for their low prices for my big family, but I will no longer shop at the syracuse Walmart.

While I like a store that is less crowded, the reason is because they dont have the selection that other Walmarts do. My biggest beef is the automotive center. 2.5 hrs to get an oil change. That on top of the 10 min I was waiting in my car to get checked in. Finally gave up and went inside. This is not the first time. Quite frankly, if you cant do it right just dont have the department. Quit blaming it on staffing. That only goes so far.
