We like Target a lot for quality. This store has some issues, but the overall Target brand stays unaffected by the issues. Cant stand the management. The mangers on duty are rude a-holes. Cant stand the short haired blonde lady at customer service - again, a rude a-hole. Weve never seen a Target or one of its competitors leave so many boxes and carts in various aisles while people are trying to shop - go back to manager training! Sometimes customers cant maneuver through your product stocking and re-stocking in the middle of the day. Otherwise, its the same as every other Target.

Theve always been good to me as a customer, returned things when needed. exchanged nicely, this one in Helena constantly feels like theyre watching you, like your gonna shoplift, maybe they have a big problem with that here. Im a normal looking 30 year old guy, no tattoos or piercings or mohawk. no reason to typecast me. Bummer cause targets usually one of my favorite stores, i just feel uncomfortable going there in Helena. I usually go to shopko now.

Frustratingly unaccomidating to disabled patrons the isles in the clothing area are far to close you can not safely get a wheel chair or motorized cart into the area with out hitting everything and knocking stuff over alerted management and was told they where aware and have already removed some displayed but they are limited on room and theres nothing they can do. Not okay not okay at all will be shopping at more accommodating stores

Target is always very clean and has exceptional products. I really like the cart wheel app that lets me save even more than the deals that target already has. Target also price matches with Amazon and other stores, so you know that youre getting rest products at the best prices. They also have amazing staff.

Everyone knows Target. Lots of Red. There seems to only be at most 3 checkouts open, more commonly only one and always presenting a friendly and helpful demeanor. Parking lot is clean and suspect to the normal traffic that Helena has to offer; which means civil for the most part. :D

Happened to notice a week later after looking at my receipt that I was charged twice for a 50.00 coat, thought I would have a problem when I went to claim my refund. They gave me no issues just refunded my cc...very happy with service thus far.

Helena target treats all customers like thieves. The employees are always acting shady. They harassed me for bringing my camera into the store to buy a camera bag. IT IS A CANON CAMERA,TARGET IS A CANON DEALER.
