The store is ok, but some of the people are horrible. After customer service told us we could set a table up, Ethan, a security guard, threatened to have my 8 year daughter, her friend, and I arrested for trespassing because they were trying to sell slime to raise money for their school. I understand there may a policy, but we did the right thing, asked, and were told that we could do so. Theres a right way and a wrong way to handle everything. We asked 7 different businesses if we could set up outside each of which told us no, but they did so with respect and courtesy. That said, does Ethan really have to try to scare a little girl, unless of course thats how Target likes to do business, which is not what Ive seen historically. When I went in the store to inform them about Ethans conduct, the manager, who was decent for the most part, compared us to beggers. I was there when they cut the ribbon, and my daughter has been going into that store since she was an infant, and now shes afraid to. At least corporate is trying to make it right. 5 Stars for Target 3 for the manager, 0 for Ethan. That boy does not have the right atitude or temperament for the security or law enforcement professions in my opinion.

Great store, bad experience with customer service.... RACIST OR NOT YOU DECIDE BUT IT LEFT US UPSET. My best friend who is African American goes to return/exchange baby formula because it made our kids sick (we lost the receipt ), the cashier said that under no circumstances can they except a return or exchange for baby formula.... So then I, a white girl, go to find a manager and ask her the same exact thing, and she says she can either exchange 1 can now or search for my receipt if I know the day I purchased it on... hmm how weird... now as we are back at customer service with the manager exchanging the formula in front of the girl who told my friend there is no way she could exchange said formula, she has the nerve to ignore eye contact and not apologize for her mistake... this really just ended up leaving us feeling uncomfortable and my friend really sad/upset because she was scared in the first place to return the formula with no receipt because she felt that she would be accused of stealing it because of the color of her skin...

The pharmacists here are better and more caring than even some PHYSICIANS Ive seen in the past! They prepare your prescription in a very reasonable amount of time and are always on the ball. I felt the need to write this review because I recently switched to another pharmacy and I hated every experience Ive had there. I drove completely out of my way back to this Target pharmacy on Rio Salado because I did not want to deal with the one I live close to. Every time Ive been to this Rio Salado Target, the pharmacists have always been so wonderful. The head male pharmacist has always answered all my questions and explained everything to me very well. Each time Ive picked up my prescription he has always told me that if I have any questions or problems to call him. He always gives absolutely fantastic customer service and genuine care and concern! He and the other pharmacists really deserve to be recognized for this.

Customer service has always been nice to me on purchases; I havent ever tried returns there. Selection is iffy. We recently went there for shower curtain liners and they only had one size, that was about six inches too long and two holes shy of fitting a standard shower/tub setup in a standard house. And if youre looking for food, the frozen pizza selection isnt very good either. I try to avoid shopping at Target whenever possible because they pay their employees less than Walmart, and the only people I know who do work or have worked there in the past said it was not a good work environment. Try to spend your money in places that treat their employees well.

Its a Target... theres a limit to what can be said, but I will say this. Free wifi in store, and generally you can find someone to help you in the store, versus a Walmart. When I went to check out there was a problem using my credit card, as I am from out of country and have chip and pin (they accept chip and pin, but theres some sort of technical difference between the US version and the Canadian version). The fellow at the checkout was super kind and gave me a discount in order to go withdraw money from the ATM (which incredibly cost $6 - holy cow!) Either way, good experience, decent pricing - found everything I needed and then some ;)

I had to take my senior mother to get her cell phone fixed. I am also a senior. On Saturday 8-27-2016 we went to this location and approached the electronics section with trepidation. There was a young man and women who took the best care of us, especially my mother. They talked to her and they explained in language she could understand. They fixed her issue. They treated us like family. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have experienced in a long time. KUDOS Target for these employees!

Worst Customer service I have ever had at the Tempe Marketplace location. Every person in Guest services needs to be fired, especially David. On multiple occasions I have been given attitude about the questions I have asked, and I have also been hung up on. Why do you put people with NO customer service skills in the GUEST SERVICES department? Why even hire them at all?! Ill take my money else where, thanks.

I come here pretty frequently and its always clean and in order. Customer service goes above and beyond to help customer/ make anything right. I was having trouble with the Cartwheel app and showed a past receipt to customer service, they paid me the difference in cash for what I would have saved using cartwheel discounts. Did my shopping and left with a lil over 20 bucks cash. Gotta love Target

Very satisfying. Of course, I have been coming to the branch in theTempe Market for nearly year and a half, and have never been disappointed by any employee of the store. Call it a habit or an attachment to that particular place, even if I pass by another branch of Target, I am inclined to wait until I go my favorite branch, unless, of course, I needed something in a short notice.

Wife went to use the family restroom and there was blood and tampons (yes plural) everywhere. Asked someone to clean it up because our son had a dirty diaper and got a "well thats not my job" attitude. Selection on baby clothes is about all its worth. Not very guy friendly. Automotive and tool/hardware selection almost nonexistent. As much as I hate it ill stick with walmart

Most amazing pharmacy service anywhere. They always notify you if your script will be late, and let you know when they will expect it in. They are fully informed and often go above and beyond to find more information to ensure your medications are correct, to ensure you have all the information you need, and to ensure you are getting the best care possible!

They had an item marked buy 2 get 5 gift card on its price tag. But the deal doesnt trigger. And the manager simply told me this doesnt work. No apology no explaination. On the next visit I found the tag still there. Most of the things are family sized. I feel like visit a whole sale club. You may not want to go there if you live alone.
