This Goodwill on Thunderbird sucks. Everything is priced like Wal-mart. We needed some bikes, so why not go there to get ones just to get around? They had really beat up highly used bikes and were charging 100 bucks for them..... you can get a brand new bike (same models even) at Wal-mart for 70..... We go to a lot of Goodwills, and even the one on indian bend in Scottsdale had killer prices, but some of them become an exception. This one on Thunderbird had a sub par selection and was charging new prices for used products that were DONATED to them..... Even the clothing. we saw a nice looking shirt, it was priced at 17 dollars.... Why not just go to the mall at that point? It seems this Goodwill lost focus on what Goodwill is......

Had a return came in around oh Id say 8:30, store was pretty desolate. There was a male employee closing up registers and was only only person at register. I walked up to him handed him my return with receipt. Policy is no returns after 7 days he says. I told him its only 8 days. I understand policy however I also understand its at their discretion. I told him I had never had a problem returning and it was the same amount of time and they still excepted return. He still said he wouldnt. What kind of terrible BS is that goodwill ? Really????consider this reviews lucky I dont even feel I should have given even one is star.......

FYI 1. when goodwill says its dollar day the day before they pull all the good stuff off the floor. FYI 2. On half off color tag days youll see the employees pooling all those color tags and taken them to the back. So that color is not on the floor. Why do they feel like they have to lie to us we see them taking the stuff to the back. So dont waste your time on dollar day and half off color tag day they pool all that to the back if you ask me they are shady with their customers :(

I love shopping at Goodwill. I feel like when I shop there I am helping someone find a job. A lot of people probably see used clothing as gross but think about this, how many people in the department stores try on the clothes and dont wear their underwear or bras. Also, I also go home and throw it in the wash. The best things I have found in a Goodwill is a lot of Munro dress shoes(they are sold in Nordstrom for 200.00 a pair), the most I have paid at Goodwill is 25.00.

manager is RUDE!!!! the thunderbird location opened this year and is clean inside and out but forget returning something, the manager is horrible. she sees you waiting to make a return but will doddle at each register with employees or start inventoring receipts and is totally rude when you she does help you. does not say hello or even look at you while doing the return. go to another store to do returns.

while there is a ton of stuff to choose from the prices are waaaay to high as im finding with a lot of good will stores lately. if i want to pay 12.99 for a used pair of shoes, no matter what brand, ill just spend a few extra bucks and go find new ones. and the dollar special was yellow tag but i barely saw a yellow tag in sight.get it together goodwill

Good clothing selection and they actually had someone working at the fitting rooms taking what you didnt want. The parking lot is kind of a nightmare on 50% Saturdays but really thats just because its on the small side for a store this big. employees were all nice and working fast so thats always good to see. Ill be back for sure.

Looking for a good deal Goodwill they always got something you can find in there twice a month they have half off on Saturday matter fact this Saturdays half off so if youre looking for something to do you should go check it out because you can find some really good deals if youre looking hard enough check it out

They will take everything unlike many donation stores. Helpful people in the back loading and unloading. I cant imagine a bad review on this facility, how small could you be? Goodwill hires handicapped and under privileged people. A good business for the community all the way around.

Ive been here twice in the past month, and the bathrooms have splattered waste on the walls, theres never any toilet seat covers, the hand dryer doesnt work and theres no towels, not that it matters since the same splatters of human waste surround the sink area. DISGUSTING.

It is clean and organized friendly staff. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer have 1.00 sale on thursday. There was a 50 cent increase from a $1.00 to 1.50$. All around good deals for second hand goods.
