Everyone has always been very friendly here. Im not sure why anyone would have a bad experience. Ive visited like three times already just to keep an eye on what is available while we were in escrow to buy a home. The prices are cheaper because they are dinged, scratched, floor model or refurbished items. Im not sure why anyone is complaining. When comparing apples to apples --- a specific item here vs the price at Home Depot or Lowes or Sears (non-outlet location) their prices are lower. Yes some of their refrigerators are still over $1500 but in the Sears store it may cost you $2500 or that $500 washer may be $1000 elsewhere. Also keep in mind that Sears outlets only carry the Sears name and are not actually Sears but are rather a franchise of some sort. Review the warranty information before you buy. If the idea of buying something refurbished leaves you feeling a little uneasy than buy new from a different store or buy the warranty. Its as simple as that. Whats better? To buy a brand new product for $700 from Sears or the refurbished item from the Sears Outlet for $500? Either store offers a 3-year extended warranty for $170. Cha-Ching! Seriously though, the extended warranty at Lowes, Home Dept and Best Buy are only about $50-$60 for 3 years .... Another thing to keep in mind....

1st... we purchased washer/dryer from online. It charged my card, and I went up to pick it up. Got there and was informed that they didnt have the machine. Charged us for a different machine. 2 charges on my card in 1 day. Next, I get it home and the washer does not work! Call Chris and he told us we had to call Amana to come out and repair the machine.( Purchased only a few hours earlier!) Had to wait 2 days for the repair man to come out and say he cant fix it because it was refurbished and sears has to fix it. Call sears to ask if they can please pick this up and Chris refuses to do so but will exchange if I bring it back in! I call the customer service number and they cant do anything because its not a real sears! Dont go here folks! Terrible customer service, terrible product! I couldve gotten better units off craigslist! This is a joke and Im returning this P.O.S. immediately and I will shop elsewhere! Dont be drawn in by the online deals! Lies, lies, lies! SCREW SEARS!

I went in here the other day to buy a KitchenAid dishwasher that retailed for about $1200. If you shopped around online, you can find one for $800, plus shipping, etc. They had the dishwasher with a small ding in the bottom right corner. Youd never notice it. I was able to get it for $500 out-the-door, tax everything. I want to especially mention our salesperson Juan, who was also a supervisor. I cant say enough good things about this guy. When we were looking at dishwashers, he helped us inspect them as if he were buying it himself. (A lot of the appliances here are refurbished or scratch and dent stuff.) This guy went out of his way for us. Just great service from Juan. Cant say enough good things. I hope management realizes what an asset he is. Great job! Thanks for everything.

Worst experience ever!!!!! First of all, staff was too busy to even say hi to us. Younger guy who works there did not have time to answer our questions. We bought AMANA washer, which was waste of money, DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Called the store first time next day to report the problem, lady told me basically that I dont know how to use it. Called day after that, she told me " Im sorry you can not return it, thats our policy"!!!! Im a pregnant mom with toddler in the house, you can just imagine how much I need working washer. If anybody reads these reviews please be CAREFUL!!!!!! Dont go to Sears Outlets and dont buy AMANA washer!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was overpriced, the "discounts" are mostly faked with higher than average retail prices. Bad customer service, one they found out I wasnt interested in buying an appliance everyone disappeared back into the back of the store, leaving 1 guy out on the floor who took over 10 minutes to check the lady out in front of us, we ended up leaving without buying anything and set the stuff down. This place wont be open for long if they keep this up.

Words cant say how much I enjoyed visiting this Sears Outlet for the first time. The staff was friendly and the store was well lit. Great prices too! Who cares if it has some scratches and dents? The savings is huge and well worth it. I will definitely be back and tell all my friends and coworkers to buy here for all their appliance needs.

Eric was by far the most friendly and courteous salesman I have ever encountered..We were in simply to buy a microwave (not a huge sale) but he gave us all the attention as if we were buying the whole store. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job getting us what we were looking for.

Well stocked. Better than ever before when I went in. Low stars because, there were 2 microwaves I was interested in, with no price. I asked about the price, I was told they didnt have the price tickets in the store yet so the couldnt sell them yet! Makes NO sense to me!

This isnt a huge Sears Outlet but they do have a good variety of appliances, and furniture. Some of their washers and dryers are around the same price as you would get at Home Depot. Their mattresses are the cheapest around

Very very very over priced and thats even that the stuff is used. I looked up prices online while I was there and you can get same stuff same brand and new hundreds cheaper literally anywhere. Staff is super rude as well.

Good deals and helpful staff. A few hitches in the transaction, and we had to go back to get an ice bin that was missing when our fridge was delivered, but everything worked out.

Do yourself a favor and go. I just walked out with a new fridge, washer, and dryer for 2350$ with extended warranty and delivery. Best customer service; Eric is fantastic!

I noticed the list prices are extremely high for what the product is. the 40% off they have on most of the products is right around normal price. not saving anything here

Very disappointed in this outlet. The appliances are pretty damaged and expensive. Besides all the scratches and dings they were dirty. The refrigerators were garbage.

Know your prices. They have 2014 refrigerators for sale that are beat up and asking almost full price. I wont be back. Also the sales guy was not nice at all.
