Needing help with my older android phone that was malfunctioning and out of warranty. Read some reviews here and found the Verizon Corporate store at Peoria Crossings had higher customer ratings with special citations going to an employee named Brad. This store is not near me and there are several others that would have been more convenient, which are not corporate stores. This is important if you wish to purchase genuine Verizon equipment. Most important to me was that I not be treated rudely as I have at some other franchise stores. And that a solution be found for the problem. I stopped in and asked for Brad. There was a short wait as the store was busy. But Brad gave his entire attention to my concern and soon had a solution. My phone was not repairable so he arranged for another to be sent to my home. When I received it, I went back to him and he helped to get it running and with the transfer of my data on it. I especially appreciated this extra helpfulness and his kind attitude which did not make me feel stupid for not knowing. I remain loyal to Verizon because of their coverage and customer service. This is one place that practices those principles.

a phone that broke and had insurance and also qualifyed for an upgrade. i didnt want to upgrade but sales man julio push me and said i could get an upgrade..i was very clear i didnt want to extend my contract and he said it would not...next thing u know i had an extra 2 year contract thanks to this moron.funny thIng i never signed any paper contract or digital just a release form for a rebate(which i didnt get either)..and then the company is the same keeping me in a contract when they didnt have one ..all i can say is verizon are crooks and keep an eye on this julio guy i heard last that he is workin At avondale i think....dont come here unless u want to come out with a 2 year contract without u knowin and the main company isnt gonna help..

This Verizon Wireless location specifically has no customer service skills at all whatsoever!! Theyll just try to get you in a contract and while doing it lie about everything in the process. They gave me so called "free Verizon hum product" as a gift and promised no additional charges or extra lines lol ha that was a lie....Ive been trying for the past 4 months to fix this issue but now they say they cant....rude!! No customers service!! Helpful, not!!! Try another location... theyll try there very best to get over you and then say its your fault, all the staff need to be replaced with real customer service agents who wants to work and help.....

Had great service from Sal. Very professional, friendly, efficient - highly recommend him. Verizon itself? A do not recommend. Their rates are much higher than their competitors and no matter how long youve been with Verizon - SIXTEEN YEARS does not get you any break whatsoever. Pay up the highest rates in the industry or not. Verizon does not care. My suggestion: buy an unlocked phone and go with a different carrier. Again, Sal was great. Calling Verizon customer service was enough to make sure that next phone will not be locked into Verizon. Verizon call centers CLEARLY does not care about keeping long term great customers.

Great experience with Brad in Sales went closing today with an impulse shopping mood to get a Lg G4 just because my Note 3 has developed scratches uneven wear and tear around the plastic trim of my phone . But Brad didnt push me as alot of problems have been seen in new phones handsets with the arrival of new firmware . Rather he was nice to put me in the route of claiming device warranty on the same note 3 as i didnt have an open upgrade. Thanks for not letting me dump hard earned money of a new device today which i would have regreted Appreciate it much and high recommend this location within glendale.

Terrible service here! dont come to this store! ..go out of your way to go to a corporate store believe me itll be worth it! I went here right before they closed bad idea!! The girl that help was so rude even though the product I brought in was faulty she tried to tell me it was because of how I handle it that cause it to be faulty And the Manager basically admitted that the product was faulty!! But they werent going to replace it because it only had a one year warranty on it when I was told it had a two year warranty!! this will be the last time I go to this store!!

I am switching to sprint because my bill is ridiculous and because I am under my parents plan they wouldnt give me the account number since Im not a primary. But not even 20 minutes earlier they let me pay a 200$ portion of the bill. But I cant get my Verizon account number on the account I just dropped 200$ on really? So glad to be switching. Security is important but Im 18 with the phone connected to a number on the account and I still cant have access to that account? Ridiculous. Why am I allowed to make a payment then? Oh because they only care about your money.

Went in because we owned our phones and wanted to upgrade. The lady gave us a ton of accessories and said with all the deals they had we only needed to pay 60$ for them. We get our bill and have an additional 190$ in charges so we go back and speak with her. Apparently she misquoted us and we were past our 14 day return period. She stated she understands where the communication failed and that she was sorry but we were stuck with what we got and there was literally nothing we can do but pay it. We were hustled, stay away from this place.

Today we went in to figure out why our first bill was 500 dollars. We traded in our phones at a different location and we received money back for our phones on a gift card that is supposed to be emailed to us however when the lady at the store asked my email and she never asked me how my email was spelt so turns out she sent it to the wrong email. Eduardo and Samuel from this store took the time to figure out what happened and corrected our problem. Nice helpful and frendliy staff I will countinue my business at this store from now on.

Absolutely terrible, lazy staff. I never knew buying a new phone and having my old phone erased would be a 3 day process. One person says "this phone is junk" then the next person tries to sell the same phone to me. Rob the manager says my phone cant be erased and the next person does it in less than 5 mins. If I never go to this store again itll be too soon.

Carlos was awesome! We came in on black friday and even though they were slammed with people, we hardly had to wait and Carlos, the guy who helped us, was extremely informative and didnt rush us at all. He even helped us download an app for watching movies! Id definitely recommend coming to this Verizon location. The service was excellent!

Took my phone in to get checked, since there was a major issue. The person helping me said it was covered under warranty and to bring the replacement phone in once it arrived, for a new screen protector and help. Got someone else when we went in with the replacement phone, who was kind of bitchy and acted like we were wasting her time.
