The manager Jason and his crew are fantastic! They always go above and beyond for me and my family when we come in for questions about our phones. It blows my mine sometimes the customers I see them having to deal with while Im being waited on. People need to understand that its just a phone!! There are way bigger problems in this world than a cell phone and you need to give people respect and they will give it back. Annalisa is usually who we deal with and she always has a smile and makes us laugh. I have even seen these guys hold the door open for the elderly and help them get into their vehicles! I figured since I never see people go out of there way to write a good review I figured I would because Im sick and tired of all the negative people in this world with way to much time on there hands to complain about nothing. Dont let the other negative reviews fool you, the people at this store are fantastic and I have experienced horrible customer service and this place is not one of those places.

Although the people were very nice at AT&T they failed to tell my daughter and I that purchasing a Go phone (prepay) would mean she would HAVE TO PAY FOR 6 MONTHS in order for them to unlock the phone. In fact, I told the guy that we would only be using for a short time and he said you can insert the SIM today and cancel the account tomorrow.!!!!!!!!! We have T-mobile and wanted to add her to our family plan since it will cost us $0 a month!!!!!!!! NOW WE CANNOT DO THIS AND WERE NEVER TOLD ANY OF THIS BY THE SALESPEOPLE. There was never paperwork from them stating this nor was it ever mentioned. I will never buy AT&T products again---they are basically holding our phone hostage and I will not pay, but they require 6 months of payment. SCAM! NOTE: She purchased her phone from Amazon and we had to get a SIM card from AT&T, which is why we went there. She did not purchase the phone from the store

Was in a few days ago. Purchased two brand new Samsung Galaxy S8+ phones. The lady who helped us was very polite and friendly. She suggested a Body Guardz tempered glass screen protector. Having used similar products in the past we agreed and purchased two. The lady installed them and we went about our way. Less than a week later they have both fallen off. I go online and find that this product they are selling has terrible reviews and customers all over the place are saying they fall off and are essentially worthless. Called today and they said they wont take the item back on a refund because they hadnt heard about the issue. They told me to send it back to the manufacturer for a replacement (at my cost mind you). A replacement will do the exact same thing, fall off. Poor customer service for a product that THEY recommended.

Very bad service, recommended changing my plan and it ended up costing me an additional $200 per month, the manager Casey said they can not control how much we use, offered no help at all. You would think they would feel some responsibility since they recommended the plan based on past usage of several years. Asked for his manager and he said he did not have one, when I persisted, he gave the managers name but said he did not have his telephone number?

The manager at this store, Jason, has not only gone out of his way to assure that I as a customer am happy, but he has also gone above and beyond to make sure that even though Ive had issues with AT&T itself, I will remain a loyal customer! This is not a review from an employee at the store, nor a friend of the store. I am an actual customer who has experienced ACTUAL great customer service from the manager at this AT&T Wireless store!

Walked in and was not greeted. Two people standing at the back of the store just talking. Had to walk to them in order to be put on the list. After 15 minutes and the same two still standing behind the cash registers someone from the back came out to help us. Our issue was simple, take an older phone and give my new phone to my daughter in law! Mark was a big help and we appreciate his help.

I went in to make a cash payment and their kiosk wouldnt take a cash payment. I ask the woman walking by for assistance and that I only need to make a payment. She doesnt even look up and tells me that I have to check in. Not even listening she then asks for my name and I have to repeat myself 3 times because she really WAS NOT LISTENING. 40 minutes to just make a payment on my account.

When you go here you will always be met with a warm welcome when you first come through the door. I can honestly say that one of the main reasons I have At&t as my phone service provider is because of the outstanding customer service at this location. Customer service makes a big difference and this location definitely exceeds in that area.

I needed a phone upgrade as I opened the account with a SIM card. Manager assisted me pretty well, I needed the phone to get the smart watch (one doesnt work without the other right?). Staff was friendly, I needed the upgrade urgently since my Pixel was not getting service were I live. I now have excellent service AND receive my calls.

They sales staff was not helpful with my issue. My phone had hung during a software update and froze. I was told I should remove the battery and it should correct the problem. It did, but as much as I pay for this phone and as long as Ive been an ATT customer I should not also be required to be my own Tech Support.

This place is awful, super unprofessional and no flow of any kind. The employees look like they work at the pita jungle with what looks like no dress code, seriously casual Jersey so Sunday? This place has all the personality of a corpse, I will drive 30 minutes further so I dont have to come back

Had great experience here, respectable after horrendous experience with telephone customer service with at&t. In store, customer service was helpful, empathetic, professional and just great. I ended up hanging up on the useless at&t customer services person - unbearable. Go to the store.

The guys at the store let you shop, then tell you to order off the website for better deals. They dont pressure you into getting something you dont want either. But if Im going to order off the website, whats the point in having a store? Whats up with that ATT?

We just received outstanding service from Ursula! We had a pretty complicated situation and Ursula managed everything seamlessly! I just switched over from my last cell phone company after 10 years to At&T and I am so glad I did. Thanks, Heidi

Had a great experience with the sales rep but when it came to the manager was the worst experience I had just bought three phones with them and was treated like crap I definitely dont recommend anybody going to the store

Make sure to ask alot of questions before upgrading a phone at the store they did not tell me when upgrading phones that there is a $36.00 per phone to upgrade I did not find out till getting the bills please beware
