WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. they screwed me over so bad!!! Keep in mind: I only went in to activate my phone. I go in to activate my phone but they didnt even activate my internet onto my phone so my phone didnt work all day and I didnt get any messages all day. 2nd. They told me that I was able to get a FREE PHONE, (NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE) so I said no I dont want it but they kept pushing me to buy it so I said ok but then I really thought about it and said you know what never mind but there they go and they said. "Your ONLY paying 12.69 today and WE pay the $16.92 each month for the 4th line the 4th line is free" YEA NO THEY MADE MY RATE PLANE GO UP, which they said my rate plan would stay the same, liars. He made my unlimited data go to 6 gb. which is still a lot but I had unlimited. Point is the 4th line was all a damn scam and was pointless because It was NEVER even what they said it was going to be they just made everything bad when it was all good. So whatever I said ok, well what if my parents dont like the phone can I return it tomorrow. They said "YES YOU CAN WITHIN 14 DAYS NO CHARGE" Yea freakin right I got charged $42 to return a phone that I never even wanted and it was never opened but I got pushed into buying it because they swore everything they said was all right, AGAIN DAMN LIARS. This guy is lucky Im not even saying his name. I AM NEVER one to complain, but this one needed to come out. NEVERRRR GO TO THIS STORE...

Went in to return a charger today the rep that helped me out greated me and was in the process of return it. He turned around and asked his Manager a return question his manager turned and asked me if i had the reciept with an atitude . I said i didnt ask for one . She gave me the dirtiest look ever and turned around Not professional at all i asked the rep if she was always like that he answered its been a long day. Long day or NOT im a district manager for at&t you dont treat costumers like that regardles of your issues. As the rep proceeds to check me out she turns to argue with a costumer next me over miss information thatwas given to her from one of her reps . Did not aproach her with any professional skills at all instead she got fustrated and threaten to call the cops on her. The worse managment i seen if she cant handle it and act profrssional and set an example to her employes she shouldnt be a manager at all. Straoght gehtto she was. Her name was Claudia Meza

Went in to start new service i told the guy i wanted a pre-paid plan he keep trying to get me to give him my ssn # i told hime no 5 times i said i dnt want to do it like that. He was pushy and annoying. after getting new service with t-mobile. I asked them to port my old number over they siad that wasnt possible then the manager came and said it was. so they said ok its all done. I Waited 48hrs and my number was still not ported so i called their customer service number they said we dont show that any body requested for your old number to be ported. BOTTOM LINE : They dont know what their doing. they dont care about anything else but a sale . and if they dnt feel like doing something they will lie to you to get it out of the way. They have horrible service.

I went in a month ago to hopefully add a mobile data line for my ipad. I was helped by this representative KID. He told me after getting the sim card for my ipad and transferring to Tmobile One plan, my bill was goingnto be a few more dollars on top of my old payment. Lo and behold, a month later, my bill was bumped up to an additional $130 more dollars! I called in and spoken to several representatives (611) for 3 hours total. The best that they can offer was a $20 reduction. Say what? So finally I have to pay $110 more dollars for 1 additional mobile data plan. Crazy! Representative Kid just did a shady business and so is Tmobile unable to resolve it totally. For this I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Customer service stinks at best. Walked in with no one front but three reps helping three customers. I waited in line and it took 10 min just for some one to say hi. Then I waited another 20 to 25 min until someone said we will be right with you. And thats after four more customers walked in. Went to the corporate store on McDowell and 99th and as soon as I walk in 5 reps said hi. One even told the customers they where helping to hold on while I see what this customer needs. Dont waste your time at this store. Find the corporate stores as they are better willing to help you and you get better service. This place on Dysart is a headache.

These people will rip you off and look you in the eye as they do it. Do not buy anything from these people or any other store owned by 2BWireless. They will tell you anything to get you to say yes to their sales pitch..but when the bill comes you are screwed because TMobile wont honor their deals because this store is not owned by TMobile it is a franchise store owned by 2BWireless and TMobile doesnt have to stick to what the sales person told you. These people will lie to your face knowing that they and TMobile will do nothing. Again do not spend any money here..do not spend any money with 2BWireless.

Best Customer service experience of my life. Been in the Customer service industry myself for 20 years. I dealt with a young gentleman named Edgar and he was great. Understanding of my aggravation... kind... great to chat with through the wait. I actually called T-Mobile after leaving the store to give him a great review. And honestly, I am a wicked judge of Customer service... I told T-Mobile, if I have to drive 20 miles out of my way, this is my dude. Thank you Edgar. I hope this helps you excel in your company. You deserve it. Kudos.

worst service ever!!! wait over an hour and a half to make a payment!!! when they told me they would be attending in fifteen minutes. . just excuses give!! ,the system is not functioning,.... they dont have enough personal....,its gonna take more time that they expect ,.... best return another day....... instead of helping customers, they are just walking around the store, and chatting with the co workers. they are ignoring the customers. this happened for three consecutive days.....

Very terrible customer service! Spent 10 mins there waiting for the rep to tell me they cant troubleshoot my phone problem while they are fiddling with my phone and asking irrelevant questions. At the end, the reps wanted to charge a processing fee for replacement of a defective battery thats when I lost it. Then the rep rudely told me that there is nothing more he can do for me. Thats how they treat customer there.
