Pretty good! My husband and I recently moved here from Los Angeles and made the switch from Verizon to Tmobile . We couldnt afford paying over $200 a month for phone service so... this is where this store comes in. our situation was a bit unique because we were getting phones added onto a family plan with another family member who lives in CALIFORNIA... AND we were switching our phone numbers over to tmobile so they could take care of our early termination fees Verizon wanted to charge me for cancelling my contract. Which I thought was GREAT! SO not only were we able to get added to my families plan while theyre in LA and im here in AZ...but they gave me absolutley NO PROBLEM drom beginning to end. Flawless transaction if ya aak me. TAMER is the gentleman that helped us. He was awesome! The process was smooth, no problems at all. He got my husband and I both the exact phones we wanted , we qualified for payments on the phones so all we had to pay out the door was $120 covering the taxes on both galaxy 5s and thats it! We have payments for $25 a month each month for our phones AND the service reception we get out here in ARIZONA is MUCH better by far compared to verizon. We are happy. Jason who is another employee at this location was also very helpful. We walked out very happy. All our questions were answered extremely thourough. And honestly we couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was great, and we plan to stick with Tmobile for a long long time. Theyre customer service in the store is so muxh better than any verizon store Ive been to anywhere. ( including the several tmobile stores Ive been to out here) keep up the great work genetleman!

T-Mobile customer service needs a makeover! Their 1-888 number has individuals who cant answer your questions. After over an hour of wasted time and run-around- I was told that they couldnt remove my home number from an account that wasnt mine!- they stated that they couldnt remove my home number from someone elses account because I didnt have an account myself!???!! They referred me to the Do-Not-Call Registry! Seriously?! Theres no wonder why I dont use T-Mobile! If you are looking for good....no....decent customer service- DONT LOOK AT T-MOBILE!!! Ana

DONT USE THIS LOCATION GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE ........this location made it to where I cant use jump on one of lines they put both phones under the same number then 1 year later I tried to jump again and had issues and called this location all they did was tell me sorry and say they could not help me..... DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

I have been here 1 hour in line to pay my bill.? 3 employees 4 customers ahead of me including the people that were being helped when i walked in. In the mean time a customer walked in said hi to his buddy (employee) paid his bill walked out.. Me still in line

Excellent service, knowledgable sales people, great prices! We signed up with a sales rep named Joe B. He took VERY good care of us, gave us a great deal, showed us some new tricks on our new phones. And he was really cute too! ;-) Thx Joe!
