Worst experience Ive ever had getting something fixed. I brought in an Xbox 360 slim with a broken disk drive and an Amazon Kindle pro with a broken charging port. Xbox drive was jammed, and the Kindle charging port worked if you moved the cable around a bit. I dropped these devices off and told the person working that I was willing to pay any express shipping charges needed to get them repaired quickly and correctly, since I was leaving town the next week and needed them back by then (they were gifts for the holidays). They said that since it was Saturday afternoon, they wouldnt be able to order any parts needed until monday. I guess that was the first mistake. They called me the next day (Sunday) and left a message saying the Xbox was ready, and that they had ordered the charging port for the Kindle on standard delivery (3-10 business days) without my approval. I was upset that they didnt wait for me to say "order the one that will take longer, since I need this done ASAP" but I decided that was alright, whats one small problem right? Picked up the xbox and gave it back to the person I was getting it fixed for, and they say that it still doesnt read any disks. I had specially asked them to test it, as I wasnt sure if they just needed to reset the gears or replace the whole drive, and that I would be mailing it out once I got it back. Guess this shop doesnt test their work, since I have to pay another 90 to get it fixed at a competent repair shop. Only problem is, the xbox is now 1200 miles away (was a gift) and doesnt work, so their weak warranty is useless. Now for the Kindle. When I dropped the device off, it worked fine if you had the cable a certain way, so you would think that even if they couldnt fix it, it would still work fine. Nope. Apparently theyre "non repairable" clause covers their own people making it worse. After about 4 calls back and forth telling them that it worked when I dropped it off, the manager (Ryan) finally was able to get a device (not the same one, they had transferred the data from the one I dropped off to a different one) up and working with the sentimental information that was on it, about 2 weeks later. Dont waste your time and money here unless you feel you dont need it. Ruined what was supposed to be gifts, and ruined my entire holiday season.

Update After posting the review below both my mother and I were contacted by Ryan the manager who offered to drive to Chandler to get replacement screens on his day off. He paid for my mothers out of pocket and even replaced the casing for free and removed the piece of audio jack that had somehow broken off in the port. He was able to replace both screens today. My mother and I are happy to have our tablets back and thankful to Ryan for going above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. I hope that our tablets dont need to be repaired again but if they do I know where to take them. I have taken both my laptop and both mine and my mothers nexus 7 2013 in for screen and charge port repairs. My laptop was there for nearly two weeks since the first screen they ordered didnt work but I thought it was just a one time thing. I recently took my nexus 7 in for the same issue and again the screen they got was defective and they had to order a new one. I am still waiting on a new screen for my tablet and now after taking my mothers tablet in for a simple charge port repair they call and say the screen was not working when they got it which is a total lie since It was working that morning when I took it in but they told my mother they were only going to make her pay for the parts. Well I am pissed as they dropped it and now we are both out our tablets because these people either screwed up by dropping my mothers tablet andby having a crappy supplier that they cant get over night shipping with or dont want to pay for when they screw up. Dont go to these people as nice as they are and a great as the service is their work is unreliable.

Because of MATT I will continue to bring my broken devices here! I have had many phones fixed at this location (3iphone 5s; my bf had his SPECTRUM Fixed there, and my iPhone 6plus) and Matt has usually been the one to help me. Not everyONE there is as skilled and as friendly as Matt; nor does anyone seem to go that extra mile to help. There is one other person that seemed very helpful and caring but iv only seen him out front once and I forgot his name. Definitely better CS from everyone (BESIDES daniel) lol than any of the surrounding shops!! You should choose to get your broken device fixed here; as long as you deal with the right person you definitely wont leave dissatisfied. :) Im would like to add that my phone had some issues possibly from having it in the bathroom while taking a hot hot shower and the screen had stopped responding to touch and this was after just getting the screen fixed. I took it back to them and they tried a bunch of stuff and nothing worked. Matt was out of town during this and they gave me my phone after they looked at it and said it wasnt going to work again. I was super sad. I got ahold of Matt finally when he got back. Matt came back and He figured everything out an got it my Phoenix back working.! Yayy

Name : Isaiah M I came in today to Get my phone fixed. I had seen all the great reviews on Google, hoping and thinking that this is the best iPhone repair in the city & my dad had gotten his old iPhone repaired here and it was good. My phone jar cracks on the top. Still turned on &I made phone calls. The only problem was that the most of the right side of the screen DIDNT work. So they tell when to be back & I pick it up. I look at it, & the screen already looks funky. The color and the movement of the apps & the typing. Summary : its pretty much a bit slower & and will Lag on me. I told the guy before I had PAYED, & he just said something that obviously made me think it was normal and OK. Well Im at the store and Im trying to make a phone call, and when I put my phone to my ear the screen will not shut off. Like when youre calling somebody and you put your phone to your ear the screen is supposed to go black so your head doesnt push all the buttons. Well I called them back right after that, asked for name blah blah, I gave him it,& he cant find me phone?? Im confused cause I just went in 30 or so min prior.. i guess the employee didnt enter my name right after telling him 4 times how to spell it..

The Good: I brought in a phone with a broken LCD and was able to get it fixed inside the couple hour estimate they gave me when I dropped it off. The price quoted (plus tax) is what I was asked to pay. So far, so good. The Bad: Upon getting my phone back I noticed damage to the bezel which was obviously from the pry tools used to pry the screen from the bezel of the phone. Their response was to ask me if I was sure the damage wasnt there before. Yes im sure I didnt pry into my phone with a blunt object and crush/mar the bezel. There was no attempt made to make it right. I was just told that there was nothing they could do for me. Once the phone is in a case you cant see the damage. The only reason I bothered to post this is the people in front of me in line were having a repair done to qualify for a Jump upgrade with their carrier. If you having a repair done so that it will qualify for an upgrade with your carrier, there is potential that additional damage will be done to your phone in the repair process to further disqualify it for the upgrade.
