Bad product. Bad Service. Let me explain. I purchased a brand new LG G3, and promptly put a plastic screen protector on it. Later in the week I stopped by Cellairis in the Arrowhead mall and was sold on a bulky case and a tempered glass cover by the Manager - Josiah. I told him that I didnt really like bulky cases but he assured me that I would love it in a few days and that I could return it within 30 days if I didnt like it. He also sold me on the Tempered glass screen protector. So it looked good after the intial install, however the next day there were some strange cloudy lines that appeared behind the screen, so I took it back to the store and they said, "oh, it must be a flaw in the screen" so they replaced it with a new one. The next day- same problem. The screen got really cloudy with weird streaks. So I brought it back to the store and at this point I just wanted a Refund. But the manager said they do not give refunds for products, and that they dont have any more of the screen protectors to offer me, so I am either stuck with a cloudy screen, or he could remove it for me, however he could not offer me a refund, even though it was clearly their product that had a flaw, and he acknowledged that point, he said it was not his fault that his distributor sold him crappy screen covers. Eventually after calling the owner and going through the story again the owner offered me a refund with a 20% restocking fee. This place is ran by people from a different country, with a culture that has no understanding of customer service. In the 21st century its hard to believe that Stores with these customer service policies are still in business.
