I have never been more happy to throw my money at someone. Tim truly went out of his way to provide quick and professional service to me in a pinch. Traveling through on my honeymoon, my phone stopped charging and died. I knew the likely reason and decided to give The Cell Phone Repair Shop a call. I called from Tucson, AZ and Tim said he would wait for me to get there. At ~4:10pm when I arrived, Tim already had a backlog of customers phones to fix but said he would work me in - a great blessing to me because my phone had all the data allowance and navigation information for the trip. Tim stayed after hours to meet all his other customers deadlines AND work me in due to my dire situation while I ran up to White Sands and back with my wife. He kept me updated the entire time via her phone and was waiting at the shop for me with a beautifully repaired phone (even fixed the cracked screen, installed a new battery, and gave me a screen protector all for an EXCELLENT price). I simply cannot say enough positive things about the way I was treated as a customer at this location. Tim is a real stand-up guy - if you need similar work done, THIS is the place to go. So My phone had a loose connection that had made it to were you couldnt see the screen when it came loose so I desided that okay I can live with it whatever so I had dropped my phone and the screen cracked no big deal but the connection came undone so I had told my brother whos pretty good with phones and he said that I should take it here so straight after school I had taken it with my mom they said it would cost about $70 so we payed it and we picked it up the next day. It had a new screen that wasnt cracked and it was working fine not even 24hrs later I had dropped it and the connection came loose so we took it back and they fixed it again for no cost so now with the same screen the put it in getting these weird dots on my screen that are black and part of the screen is a whole lighter color and its just horrible. I had gone to the mall the other day with a few of my friends and we saw a place that repaired phones I went in and I asked him about it and they said they would fix it and replace the screen for about $60 and it would be done in about 30 mins I wish I would of had this option befor I got it done here

6/15 I went to shop because my wifes iPhone had a power problem. After explaining the issue, the gentleman behind the desk indicated that opening the phone would more than likely cause the screen to crack. When I pressed him for a likely percentage of screen cracking, he implied that it was most likely to happen. His statement did not ring true to me, so I left. I subsequently took the phone to another repair establishment. I inquired if there were problems with cracking the screen when opening the case. The technician said "none at all". He opened the phone case in front of me in 10 seconds with no issues with the screen. I would have selected 0 star if it was an option.

Careful peoples, Careful. Know what you need to know before you step into this "snake pit". Check your prices, know what you can get it for elsewhere and be ready to call them on their first price. They will work you and their prices like a flea market or third world bazaar, no listed price and starting way, way high and expect you to haggle em down (or hope you wont). Sim cards, batteries, Bluetooth, phones KNOW WHAT THEYRE WORTH. If they quote you $50, you know they can (and will) go $25...maybe less. Knowledge is power!!! Research Research Research!! Then, if you are brave and need it today...tread lightly. Most importantly...Good Luck!!!

My screen broke and I brought it to these guys and immediately after picking it up i find that the new screen wasnt properly glued on and was falling off, so they take another week and a half to fix it again, come six months later my screen falls off again. Also they charged me for what they claimed was a higher quality screen replacement, but after it fell off I find out they charged me for the better screen but installed the cheaper one, so they could increase profits probably

Went to get my phone screen fixed told me it would be 75 dollars for a used screen and would be ready monday. They never ordered the part never gave me a receipt n when i called they were rude about it and claimed no fault or responsibility for their employees mis representation. So I will never recommend them nor would I ever go back to them for service.

I dropped my IPAD and it shattered into a million pieces. I dropped it off to have a new screen put on at 1:30pm and had it back in a few hours. The staff was very professional and helpful. They stock the screens and are really quick. I would happily refer them. Its great to know we have a great Professional Cell phone repair shop locally.

I couldnt hear when using my iPhone5 ear speaker. I had to use blue tooth or speaker phone. Took iphone in and Tim repaired it (bad connection internally with ear speaker) in 15 minutes without having to replace anything. $10 later and I was outa there. He even helped me with a phone charging problem I had. I recommend these folks highly.
