Went into uBreakiFix to get a small crack repaired on my computer, was quoted the price to get the work done. After getting the work done I get home to do homework on my computer and started to notice the screen was not on all the way. Spoke to a lady and was told to bring it back. Upon bring the computer back I was quoted almost 2weeks to get that replaced. Time passed I called the store just to get an update on the computer I was told that the computer was ready, no one called to tell me that it was ready. After picking the computer up that day get back home to do my work the screen starts to come out even more then it eventually falls out of the computer onto my keyboard. Went back to the store to let them know of the situation and I told her that I would like a full refund. After constantly telling her I just want the old screen placed on and money returned she goes to the back and comes out and starts accusing me of breaking my own computer. I advise you all not to go to this store because you will be accused of breaking your own gadgets.

I wish I could post a comment without having to give any stars. Got my screen replaced at the Happy Valley location and not even 48 hours later the screen had cracked on its own and there are now black pixel spots. Took it in hoping they would fix their "repair" but only offered $20 off a new screen repair.. tell me why anyone in their right mind would pay AGAIN for something that should have been fixed instead of going somewhere else and paying to actually do what was supposed to be done in the first place. The lady informed me that people come in all the time with this issue and accused me of dropping it.. Then continued to say that people come in all the time with this issue.. HELLO LADY, that is a hint that YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I promise you will thank me.

My iPhone 7 plus screen was completely shattered. I took it in to them for a replacement and a new screen protector as I happened to be staying at a friends in Phoenix for the week on vacation. My friend had googled this store and so we took it in. When the associate was evaluating my phone he tried to tell me that there was yellowing of my screen. Basically implying that the screen was damaged from the shattering of my screen. However there clearly was not any yellowing to the screen. I told him this and his coworker told him to go get a second opinion and he had only walked in the back room for half a min before coming out saying that his eyes must of been playing tricks on him.

I shattered my Iphone 6s screen a few weeks ago and the display went completely black. And like every teen, my phone is my Life so I was devastated to say the least. I went to the ubreakifix happy valley store by my house that my friend had told me about. When I explained my situation to the blonde girl at the front, she hey gave me hope and a feeling of relief; not only did they fix my screen in only 45 minutes, they made my phone look brand new! Everyone that works at this location is very kind, caring, and above all, skilled at their work! I will be highly recommending this place to anyone in need of a repair!

Great staff! So refreshing to work with professional, knowledgeable people who understand the importance of "time is of the essence." Brought my business Iphone in today in a panic because it wouldnt turn on or hold a charge and I couldnt gain access to any of my contacts. John suggested it may be the battery but he could do a free diagnosis first. I was in such a state of urgency I asked him to just go with his gut and replace the battery. In a mere couple of hours he had replaced my battery and restored hope! I am super grateful for the responsiveness of the staff! I give them my highest recommendation!

My IT guy referred me to this place and Im glad he did. These guys are just as friendly as they are professional. They didnt use complicated technical jargon; they explained the problem and the fix in a way that was easy to understand. They said they could fix the screen on my daughters iphone in an hour so we went out to dinner. They called when it was done but our dinner was running late. They stayed open for the extra 10 minutes for us to get back and get the phone the same day. Thanks guys!

Great service, and honest work. First time coming to this store I asked if they could fix my charging port on my iPhone (wouldnt take a charge). I agreed to the price for the replacement part and left for about 20min. When I came back he told me he disconnected and reconnected the port and it started working again. He could have charged me for the new part and said it was fixed but instead he was honest with me and fixed it free of charge. Will definitely come back here if I ever need anything else.

Wow can i just say how amazing my experience at the UbreakIfix location at happy valley. I was very stressed out with my damaged phone, i assumed i would have to buy a new one. The associates assured me they would do their best to fix my phone otherwise i wouldnt have to pay for them to try if it didnt fix. Not even an hour later im writing this review on my original phone which now has a beautiful new screen. Thank u so much. Seriously made my day and saved me some money in the process.

If I couldve rated my experience 6 stars, without a question, I would have. Workers are extremely friendly, its very nice inside of the store, and it only took half an hour to replace the full LCD screen and cracked glass. The housing wasnt 100% straight and the glass had a hard time going in, but they straightened out the housing to make the glass fit free of charge. They also charged me less than everywhere else that I checked! Awesome experience! I would definitely recommend!

The only good thing there is the Staff they are very nice...... BUT not very reliable I left them an email the can get back too me I was told i would be given news after a couple of hours. But then around six due too my gym being near the place and I came only to find out that it was already fixed, but I didnt have my wallet so they close before I could get back ......they had a couple of hours to notify me of my device being fixed but now I have to wait another 14/16 hrs

Brought my LG G3 into uBreakiFix from a repair site list recommendation from SquareTrade. I was promptly attended to by Lisa and explained my issue regarding my faulty Sim card port. Lisa was courteous to inform me that due to the possible risk involved with the motherboard, the best course of action would be to send it in for a replacement under SquareTrade warranty. Although my phone could not be repaired, I had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended uBreakiFix.
