After looking at all the great reviews from this location its even more disappointing that I have to write this bad review. My wife had a terrible experience here today, unfortunately. She came into the store this morning to get a replacement phone ordered through insurance claim and William Hurni was the rep who "helped" her. He was very rude to her throughout the entire interaction, beginning with a greeting of "yeah" when she walked up and said "Hi.". She simply wanted an insurance claim and he said "you dont wanna do that." She also was trying to find out how long it would take to get the order in and how much because she had an appointment with a client 30 minutes from when she arrived. He said to her "do you want the phone or not?" From what I was told this type of behavior continued throughout the process until she left the store. Im sure he was just probably having a bad day but thats no excuse to treat a customer like this.

After destroying my phone I wasnt sure what to do. I was told I would have to pay for a new phone price and that my phone wasnt able to be upgraded until next year even though I was on the edge plan and I was told I could upgrade when ever. So, I went into Go Wireless and they were able to help me get a new phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in fact) and get insurance that would cover my phone in the future. I went into the store about 2 weeks later after setting up my phone. I had dropped my phone on a rock and my glass screen cover broke (this is a cover that protects your actual screen from damage) they were able to replace my cover for free because of the insurance they helped me get! Thank you Helena Go Wireless you make my life less stressful!!

This was a retailer I would not have used a year and a half ago. I found myself in a difficult situation and this store was nearby. The change was very evident, customer service, product knowledge, tech support and overall pleasantness had changed dramatically. The improvements were greatly appreciated, This store is my new goto, Elli in my opinion is the top tech operative in the Helena area. She goes the extra mile for every customer in the store. You may have to wait a few minutes to get help, as more people are discovering this hidden venue. The wait is well worth it. Thank You Bullfrog!

A few days ago Emily Walker helped me with my phone and how it works. She was outstanding! She was very patient, had great suggestions, and was complimentary to me about how much I did know about my flip up phone. She even offered to write things down so that when I was gone, I would be able to follow what she had showed me in order to work the phone. Of the 3 Helena stores, this one is my favorite and will get all my visits from here on. Emily is a wonderful employee and I can say that with authority because much of my career has been spent in training employees on customer service.

Go wireless in Helena has fabulous customer service! The employees are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. I went in to cash in my upgrade and William helped me accomplish just that. He went over phone plans with me and helped me find a phone I love. The staff is great and I was helped almost immediately upon entry. Within the hour I was set up with a new phone and got super discounts on phone accessories. I am completely satisfied with my service there. I highly recommend Go Wireless of Helena.

Will, Elli and Cyn are most definitely the best Verizon reps in the greater Montana region. I was greeted directly upon entering the store which is unheard of in other stores in Montana! Their ongoing customer service and clear explanations made this trip the best I have ever had!!! My business is built on good customer service and I appreciate receiving good service like I experienced today! If I could give more stars, I would! Great work! I cant wait to see you all again!!! I needed help with my data plan. Michael Solomon was terrific. He listened to my questions, needs, and concerns. He spent time researching solutions. After Michael found the right solution, he reviewed all aspects with me, helped lower and cap my monthly bill, and he has made follow up calls to make sure everything is going well. I recommend GoWireless Verizon on 11th Avenue and I highly recommend asking for Michael Solomon when you get there. Kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

He was smart, patient, he got to know me and my family and was able to set me up exactly for what worked for us! ok hey Im here at the Verizon store and I run into some really fine folks and they really help me out with my iphone we bought we also bought a tablet and if thats working out really great for us anyway I urge you to come to Verizon here and in the 11 11th Avenue come out of the store and these people will give you everything that you need and more.

I needed help with a phone running out of storage. I came into this store and met Elli and Amber. Both of these ladies did everything they could to help me. Both were friendly. Anita the manager at Bullfrog , a verizon premium retailer , in Helena Montana, has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond helping me with verizon issues ...after calling corporate numerous times it was Anita who was able to resolve all of the issues. I will never go to a corporate store again!

This store is the best. They arent pushy sales people trying to make commission off of you, they actually want to help. I highly recommend this store for anyone needing help, wanting an upgrade, or just having a question. Wait times are short to non existent and theres no pressure to make a purchase. :)

This is by far the best Verizon store in Helena. Very rarely is there a wait time, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Staff is also very good at remembering you. The manager is almost always out and available for questions. Would recommend to anyone seeking help with Verizon.
