Horrible customer service I was literally getting no where with the girl in the front. she said her name was mari and didnt seem very educated. I ended up paying $50 for nothing with an active account and no phone. I asked mari if I can speak to her manager and I was put on hold for about 20 mins until I hung up. Ive NEVER in my life would of thought that opening an account with a mobile company would be this difficult. I was basically robbed for a line that Im not even using! All I wanted was for my $50 back and they couldnt even give me that >:(

Great Store. I Came all the way from Mesa. The Boost stores near me charge to swap a handset and this store does not!!! This store always has promotions and cheaper prices on the phones and accessories then the ones here in mesa. Worth the Drive!!!
