HORRIBLE Experience! I too was reluctant to use a "Cellular superstore" but the manager at the Camleback location seemed decent enough & refered me to the Indian School location to sell my two phones that were also popular & expensive phones. They did not give me a screaming deal by any means but I just wanted to get rid of them so I took the offer. The sales girl then showed me an iPhone they had just received & I then made an even bigger mistake & bought the jail-broken iPhone. Forty days after having the phone it broke (would not turn on, would not charge) I took it back in & was told I shouldnt have let it die completely & it would take 40 minutes to fix. I didnt have 40 minutes so I left it & said I would have to go back at another time to pick it up. (Mistake number 3 if anyone is counting). I was not able to go back until a week & half later only for them to tell me they couldnt find it. After spending 20 or so minutes there I finally just told them to ship it to me which they said they would do. A week & a half later I still havent received my phone so I called to find out when it was shipped & was told it had been lost but they found it today & would ship today or I could go get it myself. Did I mention all of this interaction came with attitude from them with the exception of the initial sale?! I asked the guy I spoke to, to have the manager call me & he replied "sure whatever!" I then called the manager at the Camelback location to find out if he was the manager or if he knew who I could speak to. He is not the manager of the Indian School location but offered to call & find out if the phone had in fact been shipped. Paul, the manager of the Indian School location called (blocked his number so I couldnt call him back) & left a message saying my phone was never lost, they did find it 30 minutes after I left & they do not ship & I would have to go get it myself. No apology for the whole mess! So I called him back at the store & was told the manager was off until Tuesday & I could talk to him then. I told them to have him call me back & he said he probably wouldnt because it was his day off...umm didnt he just call me & tell me I could call him back but now I cant talk to him?! I called the manager of the Camelback location back & apologized for getting him mixed up in the whole mess but asked if he could have the phone sent to his store since it is closer to me. He said he could do that. If you must use one of these stores I recommend the Camelback loction & if you need to sell your phone, use Craigslist....youll save yourself tons of money, time & aggrevation

I normally shop at "corporate stores" but every time I go into one all they do is try and sell me a new phone and extend my contract. They never listen to customer needs, its just sell, sell, sell to them. I decided to give this store a shot since its on my way to work. DEFINITELY IMPRESSED with selection and outstanding service. They listened to all of my needs and recommended the perfect solution to my problem. I ended up getting my issue resolved the and even spoiled myself with new accessories (since they do have everything I could ever ask for). I definitely left with a smile on my face and even recommended them to my mother. They were also able to solve her problem immediately without any hassles. even if you feel a little hesitant, give them a shot. They carry everything under the sun and even have repair technicians that can fix your phone while you wait. I would recommended these guys to everyone. Great Job!!!

It seems there are only two very helpful persons manning the decks of this oober informative and helpful cell phone store. Mucho important and even relaxing in these recent times of ever more confusing and rough to savvy techno waters were all trying to navigate. Ive now made two purchases, one with each of these great cell phone pilots and both were equally informative and reassuring as I walked out their door with.my goodie bag and rather large receipt for services well rendered. this place is horrible.. never go there. i took my iphone to get it fixe and they quoted me one price and when i got there i paid for the repair and then they called me 20 min later and said they cant do because they needed more money. so dont do it..
