My iPhone battery started behaving weirdly, would drop large percentages for no reason, turn itself off, then Id plug it in and it would jump right up to 30%. This went on for a couple of weeks, but the phone stopped holding the charge and I couldnt even get it turned on while plugged in. I did some research and found out that the battery is most likely shot, so I started searching for replacement services and came across Batteries Plus. They were $20 under what apple charges, but $10-$520 more than the independent shops that are around. I chose to go with Batteries Plus after reading all of their great reviews and I do not regret it. My phone was done within a half hour, even though they gave me a one hour estimate, and the process was painless. Will definitely be bringing my phone here for any future repairs.

This place ROCKS! Hubby and I needed new batteries in iPhones, I needed a charging connector as well. My husbands phone was warped from being in sun and man FIXED it ! Charged us very little compared to Apple. We will be going back every time. These people work so hard to fix things at a reasonable price. It is an hour drive each way for us, but we want to continue to take to a business we trust. They do good work and charge exceptionally reasonably price. I could kick myself for waiting until I forgot the name of the man who worked so hard for us. When I go back Ill update this ... Thank you!!!

My transaction was at the Montrose,Oh location. My T mobile representative saved me 10% by selling me my replacement battery online with Batteries Plus. All I had to do was show my order number, my drivers license and the credit card I used to purchase the battery online when I arrived at Batteries Plus. Andrew, the sales associate at Batteries Plus, could not readily find the purchase because the T Mobile rep selected a location in ARIZONA for me to pick up. Andrew saw I was in a hurry and took care of the situation swiftly and was most courteous. Thanks Andrew for taking some stress out of my day!

Car wouldnt start this morning and was surprised it said Batteries Plus since Ive been getting all my batteries from Costco for a while. Turns out this was a little over two years old when I called up this location and they checked my order history and it had a 3-year free replacement on it. Brought it in, they tested it and confirmed it failed to load, gave me a new one without charging a dime. Also nice that its only a 15ft walk from car to the testing table. At Costco Id have to find a cart and walk 200ft through a crowd.

I went to this business because online it said they would install a car battery if you purchased one. When I asked if they would install my battery, the employee said they were shortstaffed and would be unable to do that for me. I do not think it was the employees fault but if theyre going to advertise online that they will install a car battery if you buy it there they need to staff accordingly.

Batteries Plus is located just down the street. However, Id drive extra to go back next time if I had to! These guys are good and their prices are VERY competitive. I took advantage of the "order on-line, pick up in store" program. The battery was waiting for me when I walked in 1 hour later. Charged up and ready to go. Pretty slick and professional.
