DO NOT take your phone here for a repair! I took my phone in to fix a loose battery and they told me that I needed a new battery because mine was fried which was strange because the phone was only 2 months old. After I got my phone back every time I took a picture with the flash it would die and I would have to plug it in and reset before I could turn it back on. About a month later I had to take it in for a screen repair and they said they would fix the flash issue. The wrong screen color was delivered and even though the correct one was supposed to be overnighted it took 3 days for them to receive it (I know the shpping time cant be blamed on Batteries Plus, but the correct screen should have been ordered in the first place). I finally get my phone back with a new screen a week after I dropped it off, so that was fixed; but not only did they not fix the dying when the flash is used problem, now I am constantly disconnected from my wi-fi and my Bluetooth, it is taking me hours (if not a full day) to receive text messages and the "home screen" button has to be really pushed down for it to register the push. Seriously, DO NOT take your phone there to be repaired. I am out almost $300 for taking my phone there and it seems that every time I take it in to get one thing fixed I get it back with more problems that need to be fixed.

Not happy at all. I bought a battery for my 4 wheeler about 6 months ago and its dead. I brought it into the store and they would not honor the warranty. I asked for the manager and he wasnt there so I asked the cashier to call him so we can resolve this. He was called and still would not honor it or even help me out. The battery was about $100 or $120 something. He said he would discount it to $80. Well it didnt go so well. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he was the manager and would not supply any information for a higher up person I could talk to. I am currently talking with the manufacturer and will try to get this resolved with the owner of Batteries plus. This is not right. We got to use the battery only a few times and then its dead. Thanks a lot for all your help on this. We will never come back and we are letting everyone we know not to come back to this store. Believe me we know ALOT of people in the area. I just feel like I was ripped off and now ripped off for the 4th of July weekend with the family.

Vinny was good to work with, answered some questions about running a CPAP although he has no experience with them personally. I ended up getting a deep cycle .. but not a sealed one like I was hoping to find.. I did more research and some say this is fine, others say its not safe... I dont want to learn the hard way. Nice clean store, friendly service :)

Called a few weeks ago to see if they could fix my iPhone screen, they said yes. So we drove there and they said the guy wasnt in that day. We made an appointment online for today, got there, and they said their guy isnt in today.. why can we make an appointment if their "guy" isnt there?! Does this guy ever work?? Annoying!!

Nice being able to order on line get an extra 10% for doing so then being able to pick the battery up. Web site indicated item was in stock. I waited for an hour before calling to see if my order was ready. They said it was. A quicker response on the order confirmation would be nice.

I ordered 2 RV starter batteries on line. They came in to my local store exactly when promised and were considerably less expensive than other batteries I found on line. I have always had good luck with Duracell so well see how these go.
