These ladies did absolutely incredible work for our wedding. My husband and I went in with a set budget and told them, "this is what we want, and this is how much we have to spend on it." They loved that we came in and knew what we wanted. They got us all set up that same day and we were ready to go for the wedding. The day of the wedding, they delivered us the absolute most gorgeous arrangements Id ever seen. Absolutely stunning. Family and friends that attended the wedding are still complimenting us and saying they had never seen such beautiful flower arrangements at a wedding before. Its been great hearing that from so many people. These ladies know what theyre doing and they both have a great eye for design. Another plus with using them is they treated us like family. Before I found Petal Pushers, I had gone into a few other shops, it was around Easter weekend, and they all told me that they didnt have time to talk to me and they were too busy. I talked to Suzanne at Petal Pushers that first day for over an hour just getting to know her. These ladies are beyond friendly and you can tell they love what they do!

I ordered flowers online for the fiance on valentines day (also our 3 year anniversary). I called and asked if they could give me a window for the delivery and the lady started yelling at me and saying that shes a designer and not a delivery service. She then said, "youll get it when you get it. Im not giving you an exact time." Refusing to give me a window for delivery is resulting in us staying home all day. I didnt want the exact time. Just something to go off of. Im not sure why this is difficult to provide, and the company has just lost a repeat customer.

These guys do an amazing job from their beautiful arrangements to their willingness to go the extra mile or more. Beautiful flowers, great quality, great service, delivered on time, friendly staff. I am a repeat customer! The ladies at Petal Pushers always go above and beyond! They even call my husband and remind him of important dates! I wouldnt think of going elsewhere. Potentially the worst customer service I have ever received from start to finish. She was standoffish when I walked in to place my order, she got my order wrong, and was rude and refused to apologize when I called in about the mistake.

Wow where to start....this lady is very unorganized and scattered. She could not answer simple questions and talked about her personal life the whole time. I asked her a direct question she kicked us out!
