I received beautiful flowers from Robben, but the hydrangeas were wilting within a day. They were obviously very old when they were arranged in the vase. I called and they asked me what I wanted them to do, as if I would just forget about the poor merchandise that my friend had paid good money for. What was I going to say? They should have made good their services without asking what should be done. They suggested I cut the stems and wait a day. This did nothing; the flowers were worse the next day. I would never use this florist knowing that customer service is not their priority.

Wow...I just ordered my sons home coming corsage.. it was over $26.00! She didnt give me the total till after I ordered it. She was snobby and borderline rude. I have ordered many things over the years...funerals...babies...get well wishes...this better look really nice for $26.plus.

I ordered some expensive flowers for my wife. they sent cheap carnations and told me the recommended flowers were not in season. They could have at least refunded the price difference between the two types of flowers. This place is a high priced rip off.

Super friendly, and they had even faster delivery. I ordered last minute, and they got it to the destination 3 hours earlier than they said. Highly recommended, and will be the only florist Ill use from here on out.
