Super fast delivery, and my recipients said the flowers were gorgeous! I ordered flowers Friday evening through the website and never spoke to anyone personally. Im across the country, and wanted to find a local flower shop rather than go to a major website who randomly directs my order, even though it was extremely last minute. The bouquet was delivered by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, and my recipients went on and on about how beautiful the colors were, and how impressive the arrangement was! And I only ordered the medium bouquet! I wish they could have sent me a picture!

Tried to meet with this company twice to have them do my wedding flowers. Went to my first appointment and the doors were locked and lights turned off.. They forgot my first appointment and never showed up. Never even called me the next day to apologize. So I called them and after the owner was very apologetic I decided to give them a second chance. Rescheduled my appointment and drove another 35 minutes to my appointment only to have them not show up a second time. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional and would recommend looking elsewhere If I were you.

I was the recipient of a beautiful arrangement from this business. Ive received many arrangements over the years from various florist around the Cincinnati area and have mostly experienced disappointment from wilted flowers to terrible arranged bouquets to skimpy arrangements when a large arrangement was paid for. The ones I received from this florist were arranged beautifully, the flowers looked great, and the delivery was timely and friendly. I would definitely recommend my husband us this place again!

As a business owner in the area. Worst place Ive ever ordered from. Ordered a large Arrangement of flowers for $80 online from their photos and ask for a few extra flowers of choice willing to pay extra. I was told that they werent available. The flowers showed up with the ones they supposedly didnt have totally different arrangement and was med to small. Owner says she would do a little extra next time. . ;) Definitely recommend Kroger over this place or just pick them from the side of the road.

This is the #1 place to go in Cincinnati for a florist. I have worked in the industry and noticed a lot of these bad reviews are from the flower service thats not connected specifically to the store- I would recommend calling them and ordering over the phone directly through the store and not online. I buy from them for every occasion I recommend 110%
