I ordered flowers from them over the phone for my grandmothers 80th birthday. I specifically ordered a bouquet of bright flowers, reds/oranges/anything "in season." I live in Chicago, so clearly could not come in to see what they had on hand. The person who took my order was very rude on the phone, but again my options were limited from 1,000 miles away. The flower shop delivered a plant (which is not a huge deal, just not what I ordered and paid for), with a card that said "Get Well Soon," instead of "Happy Birthday," and had my grandmothers name wrong on it! I called back with the plan of asking that they just send over a bouquet of the flowers that I had requested, and the guy was rude again. He told me that I was the one with the wrong name (as if I would get my grandmas name wrong!), told me that I did order a plant (even though I did not), and was rude in asking what I wanted done. When I told him I wanted flowers delivered to her, he said he would do that as long as I could tell him when she would be home so that he could PICK UP the plant he had delivered in error! He is not in the business of "giving away free stuff" he told me. I can deal with the mistake, they happen. But they sent an item I did not order, they got the name wrong, and it said Get Well rather than Happy Birthday. Combined, that is too many mistakes for my $60. On to of that, the shop worker was SO RUDE. My husbands whole family is in the area, and they will never be using him again, and clearly neither will we.

Ordered flowers for elderly neighbors funeral. Was extremely specific about what I wanted to send. Hours before the funeral, I checked with my neighbor and saw that they sent a totally incorrect arrangement. Went to the florist who confirmed there had been an error and said they did not even have the flowers I wanted, but would go swap out AT THE FUNERAL when they came in. I said this was unacceptable; I wanted my money back. They said that was not their policy, but would send correct arrangement when flowers came in later that day. I told them no, because the widow would be too emotionally drained after the funeral. I suggested Saturday. They did deliver correct arrangement. Now, five days later they call me mistakenly thinking I was the neighbor, wanting to come pick up the incorrect order!!! Heartless and cruel. I told them that it had been their error and they should not bother the widow. Said, it was their policy and they were sorry I did not like it. PLEASE do not give these people business as they are not ethical and just plain mean.

I have purchased flower arrangements and gifts for my wife on multiple occasions. This is my go to place on Valentines Day and for my wife’s birthday. They provide excellent service buy asking what she likes and dislikes the colors she likes too and when it’s all said and done my wife is very happy… and I can say yeah I pick all that out. Good quality too as the flowers seem to last forever. I would highly recommend them.
