Ive been a Verizon customer for 8 years and just had the worst customer service experience. My wife purchased a replacement phone under my account yesterday July 20, 2017, at the Verizon store at 10414 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY. It was a cash purchase for an iPhone 6s. The cost of the phone was $599.99, but the agent had her pay $598.99 and made a monthly device payment plan for 1 dollar; 4 cents a month for 24 months. I contacted Verizon customer service today, July 21 2017, to see why they would do that as it was a cash purchase not an installment purchase. The Verizon customer service agent was not aware of any reason the retail store would do that. He contacted the store and did a three way conversation between him, the store agent (Amy) and me. Amy stated is was store policy and that it was no big deal; it was just 4 cents a month (obviously missing the point). As the conversation progressed, she became very defensive, rude and unprofessional. When the Verizon customer agent intervened and tried to have her explain the policy, she just hung up the phone. We were left there wondering what had happened. I called the store again and Amy answered the phone. I asked her if I could speak to whomever was in charge, and she placed me on hold and left me on hold. Needless to say Ill be going back to the store to return the phone. For the record...I never received closure on this. As a matter of fact, I was charge a $30 upgrade fee on my bill. The fee may explain the incentive for the store to do the $1 contract.

WOW, what awesome customer service, just WOW!! Our representative, the tall guy, was just the best at taking care of our needs and concerns, WOW!! I called ahead about a Gizmo gadget I wanted for my daughter and he had it in hand, charged, and ready for my little girl, WOW!! On top of receiving the gadget I needed him to recommend a tablet for my son and a phone for my mother, who can be difficult!! WOW, again is all I can say! Not only was he patient, kind, and understanding, but made fabulous suggestions!! He didnt even mind the back and forth trips to show different styles of phones to my mom, WOW what a guy!! Eventhough we took forever, our representative never lost his cool and even showed my kids how to use their new toys, WOW he is just the best!! WOW, WOW, WOW, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

I am so appreciative of the staff at the Valley Station Verizon store. I came to them with a problem with my phone. The phone issue could not be resolved at the store, so they escalated it by calling a technician who was able to resolve the problem while I was there. I was very pleased with the service and recommend them to everyone. While I was there, I looked at a tablet that I had been wanting and my salesperson gave me such a great deal that I could not refuse. The sales staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. It is a pleasure doing business with the Valley Station Verizon store. Thank you for great customer service!

I have always had good customer service at this store. For years there was a gentleman named Daustin that was the best cell phone salesman I have EVER encountered. He always took his time and went above and beyond to help out myself and my family. I was in there last Sunday and gentleman names Santiago was outstanding as well. He also went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law. Thanks again!!!!

Sold used phone as new by shady salesperson. Cancelled service within 3-day grace period, and was charged for 45 days of usage and charged early termination fee. So, 72 hours of service = $440.00. Salespeople have no problem being dishonest in order to make a sale. Local managers unresponsive and unwilling to assist in correcting situation. Avoid.

Came in looking for different options for phone service. Decided to go with prepaid and the employee there was super helpful with setting me up that day. Didnt really know Verizon had a prepaid option until I came in which is really what I wanted since I like no contracts. Thanks for making this easy and not looking down on me for wanting prepaid.

Came in to upgrade my sons phone. The representative greated us right away and was very friendly and helpful. He knew the answer to all of our questions and made us all feel welcomed. My son was very excited to walk out with the new IPhone 7 plus (Red). I strongly recommend visiting this store, we will definitely be back for our next upgrade.

I came in with a very specific issue that I needed help with. Jeremy at this location helped me square everything away. From phone to bill he helped me and didnt push anything extra on me and it was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate what he was able to do for me. Great store coming all the way from Knox to get my verizon issues handled.

Came in with my phone totally running horribly spuratic and I thought I would have to replace it, but a kind verizon associate greeted me, showed and explained to me step by step about removing harmful apps. Im happy I saved money and I will be back in a month to receive my upgrade. Thanks again...

I walked in and the store was really busy. Corey immediately let me know he would be right with me. He was! He was very informative on the devices that interested me. I truly dont think I would have left any Verizon store this happy with any other sales associate. I will definitely return!

Patrick was my Verizon associate who helped me with an on going problem. Ive been having trouble with telemarketers calling me over and over again. I asked him for a way to block out those numbers. He took the time to problem solve and research and help me reach a solution.
