I was stuck in this store for over TWO HOURS. I brought in a phone I bought off eBay that I wasnt able to register with Boost, hoping I could get some help with it. The kid at the register kept talking to the customer in front of me, much to the annoyance of both her and me. After about half an hour, he finally asked how he could help me. After explaining my situation to him, he started looking for a way to register my phone, but kept moving onto other customers for over an hour. He helped several people, wasting about 15-20 minutes which each of them because he just couldnt stop talking. Nearly two hours in, I became so frustrated, I asked if I could just buy another one and leave. When he rang up the phone, he told me he was just throwing in a case for free. I was so angry for wasting so much of my time in this store, I just wanted to leave, so I didnt notice that he charged me $20 for a piece of crap case. AVOID THIS STORE!
