Made it 2 weeks on T Mobile. I switch from ATT after many years. Brought over 4 Att IPhones. Looked like I was going to save $20 dollars a month and get a few more other delighters. I have to say the t mobile representatives are 5 star. All are very nice and professional. BUT, very bad data service when traveling throughout Indiana and anywhere else. And very low signal bars almost everywhere. Streaming music - almost impossible. I have to give the tech guys at T mobile 5 stars. Deep dive into frequencies and band numbers was almost a free education. Too bad the t mobile signup process could not of determined phone serial number compatibility before I switched. Who would of thought a I phone 6 was not compatible with t mobile network? I lost about$10 dollars a month when I left Att and returned on a new plan. I do blame me for not trusting T mobile and not asking T mobile 200 hundred questions before I switched. Next time I will be sure to get their signal to noise ratios (db), success rates, review score for my area, % connection rate, date download rates, etc,... Be If it sounds too good to be true then ???? All service switchers beware!

This store is quite depressing. Its really quite evident that the people who work there really hate their jobs. I imagine T-Mobile probably doesnt treat their employees very well either. I would shop somewhere else, but its the closest one to me and sometimes I need a sim card replaced and its quicker than having it shipped. If I were you, Id avoid going to the store at all costs, you can usually do everything online that you could do at the store. As far as T-Mobiles service quality, it is pretty poor, but you get what you pay for, and T-Mobile is definitely cheap.

Terrible customer service, next time just going to use my phone for any questions. They only knew about android phones and did not even show me the windows phone. I have had both types of phones and like to purchase a new phone every six months, it will not be from this store. The employee that was not helping me started to mock me openly about asking about the tech specs to the other. It seemed that they were overall annoyed about even having me in the store, which will not be a problem since I will not be returning.

I love this location. I love how they made it more open and it makes it feel more welcoming. I like how quick and efficient they are at this location. I will be returning for future business for sure. I worked with Tanisha I believe and she was amazing and helpful. Please get this back to her so she knows how amazing she it. She said she had recently moved from Customer Care to the store and Im happy that we are able to embrace her smile and positivity.

Carmel Indiana is an internet deadzone for tmobile and has been for a couple years now, as soon as I enter the city (where i work and live) my internet connection becomes unusable on my phone. This is something I reported to the manager at my local store and nothing changed, tried telling a rep at the store and he acted like i was annoying him with my complaints. I pay for service that I dont get and that is going to change soon.

On Wednesday we went in for a Nexus 6 at product launch and they had not one in the store at opening. The Manager and his staff directed us on-line and the phone was sitting on my porch less than 48 hours later. They were very helpful as far as sharing available information and making sure that I knew all of the T-Mobile options available to me.

I ordered our phones.yesterday morning around 9 a.m., a woman who works for your customer service told us our phones wont be here until Tuesday. How the hell is that overnight shipping? Thats 5 days shipping. I couldve understood maybe Monday morning but TUESDAY?!

I went to this store a little over an hour ago. I was greeted only half-heartedly. The rep never smiled, acted totally bored, made no suggestions, made very little eye contact. I felt like I had interrupted his nap time. Bad experience.

Walked in no one greated me and after 20 min i had to adk how long. Said 3 min but was 10! I had my kids and have never waited at the one on 86th st and was always greated!! Not very personable employees
